Rough Night in Jericho is a 1967 western film starring Dean Martin, George Peppard and Jean Simmons, directed by Arnold Laven. It was based on the novel The Man in Black, written (in 1965) by Marvin H. Albert who also wrote the screenplay. The supporting cast includes John McIntire and Slim Pickens. This is the only film in which Dean Martin portrayed the villain.Synopsis
A stagecoach bound for the town of Jericho is ambushed by Alex Flood, a lawman gone bad. Sharpshooting from a safe distance, Flood wounds the coach's driver, Ben Hickman, who is brought to town by the only passenger, a gambler named Dolan.
