Charlie Nash (チャーリー ナッシュ, Chārī Nasshu), usually called Charlie in English and Nash (ナッシュ, Nasshu) in Japan, is a fictional character in the Street Fighter series. He was first mentioned in 1991's Street Fighter II: The World Warrior by his best friend Guile when he reminds M. Bison that he killed him during the events of Street Fighter Alpha 3, which was not developed yet. He made his first appearance in 1995's Street Fighter Alpha. In the series, he is a first lieutenant in the United States Air Force (USAF) charged with finding M. Bison, and destroy his organization Shadaloo. He also trained Guile how to fight, teaching him signature moves like the Sonic-Boom and the Flash-Kick.

Chun-Li moves from San Francisco to Hong Kong with her family. While practicing to be a concert pianist, she learns Wushu from her father, businessman Xiang. For a while, her life is perfect until one night, Xiang is attacked and abducted by M. Bison's henchmen in front of Chun-Li.
