Ken Foree (born February 29, 1948) is an American actor, perhaps best known as the protagonist Peter from the horror film Dawn of the Dead, and as Roger Rockmore on the Nickelodeon television sitcom Kenan & Kel.

Biography
Après un petit rôle dans la comédie Bingo (1976), Ken Foree obtient ce qui est sans doute son rôle le plus célèbre en interprétant le personnage de Peter dans le film Zombie - Le crépuscule des morts-vivants (1978) de George A. Romero.L'acteur a par la suite joué de nombreux rôles dans des films fantastiques, devenant une petite icône du cinéma d'épouvante. Vampires are finding their own undead bodies being mutated by the pollution of the host's blood, tainted with hard drugs and sexually transmitted diseases, alcohol, diabetes, anti-depressants, and cigarettes: substances that change the blood and makes it undrinkable for vampires. The scarcity of good blood has incited an underground civil war between various groups of vampires. A clique of 4 vampires, led by Benedict (Mark Hengst), struggle to find sustenance by seeking victims with untainted blood. The group is being stalked by a samurai sword-wielding vampire-killing Priest (Tim Thomerson), who leaves a note on the bodies of slain vampires in the form of a playing card inscribed with the words "Live Evil". In order to survive both their race's own fierce infighting and the biological pollution found in human blood, the group desperately seeks out Max (Ken Foree), a "blood pusher" who steals from hospital blood banks to offer the freshest and purest blood around. But they may not have time to enjoy it, because the vengeful Priest is hot on their trail.

In Salem, Massachusetts, Heidi (Sheri Moon Zombie), a recovering drug addict, works as a DJ at a hard rock station with her co-workers Whitey (Jeff Daniel Phillips) and Herman (Ken Foree). She receives a strange wooden box containing an album by a band named The Lords of Salem. At her home, an old downtown apartment house, she and Whitey listen to the record, which is a series of ancient string and woodwind instruments playing several notes then repeating itself.. Heidi has a vision of witches birthing a baby then damning it. The vision stops once Whitey turns the album off.

In 1985 in Yugoslavia, a mysterious plague infects & kills a group of archeologists. Police & military secure the area before one of the dead workers reanimates as a zombie & attacks a detective & a fellow officer. In the present day, a military train arrives with a chemical cargo at a train station. A supposed military exercise, communications are cut off & a professor misses his train at the station due to the protocol. A group of homeless thugs also arrive & harass a police officer by intimidating him & stealing his gun. During a brief fight in which the officer attempts to retrieve his gun from the thugs, the gun goes off, injuring a guard securing the military cargo & accidentally puncturing a gas line from the cargo, releasing the toxic chemicals inside. Only the professor is unharmed, having been given a gas mask seconds before he could've gotten infected, & escapes the train station. The gas spreads throughout town infecting many people. Meanwhile an unknown prisoner is being transported under the supervision of Interpol. Agent Mortimer Reyes, an ex-CIA agent from Texas, is a soon to be retired Interpol agent, with escorting the prisoner as his last assignment. Reyes along with agent Mina Milius & a small group escort travel through a route that leads them through the city of Pančevo, where they encounter an ecological holocaust and the people infected by the biohazard, who are trying to kill them. The two main agents soon realize that their only chance for escape from the zombie hordes lies in allying with the dangerous, mysterious prisoner.

Kenan et sa famille décident de traverser le pays. Roger ne veut pas que Kel vienne avec eux, mais Kenan et Kyra ne l'écoute pas et mettent Kel à l'arrière de la voiture sans que Roger le sache mais plus tard il découvre ce dernier. La famille et Kel passent leur première nuit dans la forêt. Plus tard, ils rencontrent un étrange couple obsédé par le ketchup. Après ça, Roger raconte une histoire de fantôme, Kenan va aussitôt chercher du bois après avoir été effrayé. Dans les bois, il est attaqué par un être connu comme le chevalier sans tête. Le lendemain, Les Rockhmores et Kel s'arrêtent au bord d'une route et, rencontrent de nouveau ce couple bizarre. Avant de partir, Kenan est choqué de découvrir une exposition sur le chevalier sans tête qui coupe la tête des gens et découvre que le chevalier aurait été vu récemment dans une ville appelée Rockville. Après, leur voiture tombe en panne, Kenan et Kel partent alors à la recherche d'aide et découvrent un manoir. Le propriétaire du château, Arthur, propose à ces derniers de rester chez lui pour la nuit. Kenan et Kel vont alors découvrir le secret que cache ce manoir.
