Dossier K. is the second book by Jef Geeraerts for the series about detectives Vincke and Verstuyft that has been put to screen after De zaak Alzheimer. Several actors from the first film reprise their roles, including Koen De Bouw, Werner De Smedt, Hilde De Baerdemaeker, Filip Peters and Jappe Claes. It is a film about crimes in the Albanian mafia scene in Antwerp.
Synopsis
Nazim Tahiri (Blerim Destani) finds out that his father has been murdered in Antwerp by members of the rival Gaba clan. Kanun, an Albanian law from the 15th century, forces Nazim to take revenge. He goes to Antwerp, where his godfather, Prenk Shehu (R. Kan Albay), leads the family mafia businesses.Actors

The Irish American fraternal twin brothers, Connor and Murphy MacManus, attend a Catholic Mass, where the priest mentions the fate of Kitty Genovese. Later, while celebrating St. Patrick's Day with friends, the two get into a bar brawl with three Russian mobsters who want to close the pub and take over the land it is built on. The two brothers try to reason with the mobsters, but they respond with violence, only to be quickly and embarrassingly dispatched by the brothers and other patrons of the bar. The next morning, two of the Russians seek revenge on Connor and Murphy, who kill the mobsters in an act of self-defense.

The film opens with the murder of gangsters relaxing in a tanning salon. In mid-2000s, the illegal drug trade based in Kuala Lumpur is booming. The Malaysian authorities are called upon for assistance by their Indian counterparts. The Indian team sent to Kuala Lumpur is headed by Deputy Commissioner of Police D'Silva (Boman Irani), who targets the illegal drug operations of Singhania (Rajesh Khattar). Helping him along the way is Inspector Vishal Malik (Om Puri), an Indian officer from Interpol. Boris's other lieutenant was a man called Vardhan, equally ruthless as Singhania, but his whereabouts are unknown. The police thinks that Singhania had killed Vardhan upon learning that Boris was about to hand over his drug business to Vardhan.
