In this fourth installment of the erotic mystery-thriller series and set once again in the fictional south Florida city of Blue Bay, Carson Wheetly (Ashley Parker Angel) is the wealthy and spoiled son of millionaire NASCAR car racer Ted Wheetly (Cameron Daddo). Carson hates his father who he thinks might have murdered his mother years earlier in order to inherit her money. Carson finds himself tangled up in a game of seduction, greed and murder after a raunchy night (a foursome) with three beautiful women: Rachel Thomas (Marnette Patterson), Brandi Cox (Jillian Murray) and Linda Dobson (Jessie Nickson) during a party. A few days later, Ted dies during a race and the police get involved when Detective Frank Walker (John Schneider) investigates Ted's death which happened under questionable circumstances. Ted's lawyer, George Stuben (Ethan S. Smith), suddenly announces during the reading of the will that Carson cannot inherit Ted's money and estate until he marries. Carson quickly gets married to Rachel, and inherits. Carson and Rachel decide to kill the two other women and keep all the money for themselves. However, Rachel, along with Brandi and Linda, are also plotting to kill Carson so that Rachel can inherit as a grieving widow and split the money three ways. Rachel does murder Carson and inherits his money. Rather than split the money, Rachel plots to murder Brandi, as well as Linda, to keep all of the inheritance money for herself. Brandi, anticipating that Rachel might do just that, plots a scheme of her own to kill Rachel. However, Linda has an agenda of her own to steal the money for herself, along with her shadowy partner-in-crime who is the mastermind behind everything.

It is the early 1900s. Erik Stifler (John White) has a difficult time living up to his family name. He is Steve and Matt Stifler's cousin. He is perhaps the only Stifler about to graduate from high school as a virgin. The film opens with Erik feigning illness so that he can stay home and masturbate. Unfortunately, just as he is about to ejaculate, his parents and grandmother unexpectedly walk into the door and are hit with Erik's semen, after which his grandmother dies of a heart attack. Erik's dad later surmises that, as a Stifler, his son should be out having sex instead of masturbating. Erik's girlfriend of two years, Tracy (Jessy Schram), loves him, but is not ready for intercourse. Tracy decides to have sex, their first attempt goes horribly wrong, and she backs out of trying again.

In a pornographic take-off of Shaw's play Pygmalion (and its derivative My Fair Lady), the film is about a sexologist who tries transforming a low-skilled prostitute into a goddess of passion. While he tries to prepare her to seduce a homosexual artist, it is he for whom she develops feelings. In this film, Henry Higgins (of Pygmalion) is replaced by Dr. Seymour Love, the sexologist, played by Jamie Gillis. Eliza Doolittle (of Pygmalion) becomes Dolores "Misty" Beethoven, who is played by Constance Money, and Colonel Pickering becomes Geraldine Rich, played by Jacqueline Beudant. During the film, Misty achieves "elevation" better than Love and Rich had hoped but then cuts them off, as in George Bernard Shaw's play. However, this film then sees Misty return, take over for Dr. Love, and run the "school". Dr. Love is present but in a very subservient position. It is clearly Misty that is in charge by this time.

Il se lève de nouveau, pose sa coiffe sur la banquette et va embrasser une nouvelle fois la dame, puis se rassied, aplatissant son chapeau qu'il remet aussitôt en forme. Alison Scott (Katherine Heigl) is a career-minded woman who has just been given an on-air role with E! and is living in the pool house with her sister Debbie's (Leslie Mann) family. Ben Stone (Seth Rogen) is laid-back and sardonic. He lives off funds received in compensation for an injury and sporadically works on a celebrity porn website with his roommates (Jay Baruchel, Jonah Hill, Jason Segel and Martin Starr), in between smoking marijuana or going off with them at theme parks such as Knott's Berry Farm.
