Synopsis
Zhang Chi (Shen Teng ), un ancien pilote de course reconverti en cuisinier, est nostalgique de son ancienne vie. Face à la nouvelle génération de pilote, il décide de reprendre le volant. Zhang Chi n'a cependant ni voiture, ni argent, ni coéquipiers, tandis que son permis de conduire est en attente de réexamen.Actors

En service en mer Rouge, une flotte de patrouille de la Marine chinoise reçoit un appel de détresse d'un cargo attaqué par des pirates somaliens qui menacent les passagers et les marins chinois présents à bord. Elle déploie immédiatement une unité d'intervention rapide, baptisée Jiaolong et composée de 8 personnes, destinée à ralentir la progression des pirates jusqu'à ce que les navires de la Marine, lourdement armés, puissent arriver sur la zone. This film takes place during the events of Get Smart. Bruce and Lloyd have been testing out an invisibility cloak, but during a party, Maraguayan agent Isabelle steals it for El Presidente. Now, Bruce and Lloyd must find the cloak on their own because the only non-compromised agents, Agent 99 and Agent 86 (Max Smart) are in Russia. With no field experience, Bruce and Lloyd must learn how to get a girl and infiltrate the Maraguayan Embassy to prevent Maraguay from selling the cloak to KAOS.

Maxwell "Max" Smart, an analyst for the top secret American intelligence agency, CONTROL, yearns to become a field agent like his idol, Agent 23. Despite top scores in the acceptance tests, Max is denied the promotion because the Chief of CONTROL feels that Max is too valuable as an analyst. Max goes for a walk, looking at Fang, a puppy in the pet store. A woman bumps into him. When CONTROL headquarters is attacked by the terrorist organization KAOS, almost all of CONTROL's agents' identities are exposed, leaving only Agent 99, the woman Max bumped into as a viable field operative, while the others are demoted to desk jobs. Max is therefore promoted to field agent as Agent 86, but the experienced 99 is reluctant to partner with him because of his penchant for clumsiness.

Steve Case (Pat O'Brien) has to deal with trouble at his tropical fruit company's Central American banana plantation. Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor are both nominated for the Man of the Year award, and Wayne wins. As he is making his speech, the Joker breaks in with the Riddler, Harley Quinn, the Penguin, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Bane, Catwoman, and steals the award, as well as money and gems. Batman arrives and stops everyone except the Joker, who escapes on his boat, but Robin's helicopter picks up Batman. When the rope holding Batman is broken, he calls in the Batwing and defeats the Joker. Meanwhile, Luthor is running for president, but his poll figures are terrible. He learns that the Joker knows how to produce more Kryptonite, and can make a gas that makes people love him, which will help Luthor win the election and defeat Superman. He breaks the Joker out of Arkham Asylum and promises him the use of Luthor's De-Constructor weapon to defeat Batman by dismantling all his gadgets and vehicles.

Ami Hyūga is an average high school girl whose world comes crashing down when her brother Yu and his friend Takeshi Sugihara are killed by bullies, led by Sho Kimura. As Ami tracks down Sho, she discovers that the bullies are associated with a ninja-yakuza family. She goes after the clan for revenge, but they brutally overpower her, cutting off her left arm. Ami escapes and seeks out shelter from Takeshi's parents, Suguru and Miki Sugihara, two kindly garage mechanics who fit her with a multi-barrelled machine gun prosthetic.
