María Victoria Bilbao-Goyoaga Álvarez, mieux connue sous le nom de Mariví Bilbao (21 janvier 1930 - 3 avril 2013), est une actrice espagnole, particulièrement célèbre pour avoir incarné les personnages de Marisa Benito dans Aquí no hay quien viva et de Izaskun Sagastume dans La que se avecina.

Biography

Née à Bilbao en 1930, elle commence sa carrière d'actrice avec la Cultura Hispánica de Bilbao et au sein du groupe Akelarre, qu'elle a elle-même fondé. L'actrice dit ne jamais avoir joué sous son nom d'origine et avoir utilisé le surnom de Angela Valverde : « Bilbao est une petite ville. Mon père m'aurait tué si mon nom était apparu dans les journaux. » Elle incarne initialement les protagonistes dans des courts-métrages tels que La interrogación de F. Bardají et Playa insólita (1962) de Javier Aguirre, Irrintzi (1978) de Mirentxu Loyarte, et Agur Txomin (1979) de Juanma Ortuoste et Javier Rebollo.

Elle s'est marié avec le peintre Javier Urquijo.

Au matin du 3 avril 2013, à 12 h 30, l'actrice meurt de cause naturelle à l'âge de 83 ans dans sa ville d'origine Bilbao.

In an isolated village in Extremadura, the Jiménez and Fuentes families have a violent history of land disputes, jealousy, envy, and violence. Alfredo López is an exasperated encyclopedia salesman for the Montoya Publishing House and lives with his faithful wife Carmen in 1973 Spain. Carmen and Alfredo are offered by the Montoya Publishing House to create pornographic films that will be imported into Scandinavian countries under the pretence of being an audiovisual encyclopedia of human reproduction. They have no other choice as Alfredo's encyclopedia sales are practically zero and Carmen loses her job. Unknowingly, Carmen becomes an adult film star in the Northern European countries though they are well-paid for their films. In the meantime Alfredo and Carmen are trying to have a child and Carmen discovers that Alfredo has a sperm count of zero.

Marrubi (Najwa Nimri) works at a dry cleaners and must endure the unwanted advances of her boss Clemente (Ramón Barea). However, Marrubi is also a terrorist in the ETA with her lover, Mikel (Alfredo Villa). They target a wealthy businessman for a heist intending to kill him in the process. When Marrubi deliberately shoots her colleague instead of the intended victim, both she and Mikel are on the run. At Mikel's country house, matters are complicated by another one of their group who insists Marrubi be killed for her betrayal. She manages to escape with her son but is left to depend on Clemente who takes her into his mansion that he shares with his submissive wife Paquita (Marivi Bilbao). She must survive Clemente's continual advances while remaining wanted by the authorities.
