Tutti dentro, internationally released as Everybody in Jail, is a 1984 Italian comedy film written, starred and directed by Alberto Sordi. The main character, a hyperactive, vain and logorroic judge, is referred as one of the most famous fictional judges in the Italian collective imagination.

Synopsis

The judge Annibale is an incorruptible magistrate of Rome which, although close to retirement, does not intend to show any sign of weakness. He continues his severe work and continues feeding without pity all the poor people that comes within range, including of course the criminals. All his colleagues admire him, including his girlfriend with whom he is to marry. But also an honest judge and moralist like Annibale has secrets. In fact he, in addition to his life full of lies and worldliness, has entered into an agreement with an American mafia boss: Corrado Parisi. In fact, Annibale was forced against his will to accept the assignment to not send to jail the whole company of the boss, who is preparing a shady traffic. Annibale eventually tries to rebel, but can not make it in time for the television journalists discover it. Comments are added to the scandal of the best friends of Annibale and his esteemed colleagues of the court immediately condemn him as the worst of all parasites. The life of Annibale is destroyed in one fell swoop.

Roman surveyor Giuseppe Di Noi, who moved to Sweden for years, married to a Swedish woman and respected professional, decides to take on holiday in Italy his family. At the Italian border he is stopped and arrested without any explanation. After three days in jail in Milan, he learns - through the efforts of a guard - to have been charged with "manslaughter" of a German citizen. Giuseppe is deemed a "fugitive" and thus ineligible for house arrest; he is instead transferred from prison to prison until the imaginary town of Sagunto (near Salerno), where he gets placed in solitary confinement.

Rome, 1825. The film is divided into four episodes. In the first Giacinto and his wife decide to celebrate their wedding anniversary by watching a movie at the cinema. However, the period in which they live is dotted by the deployment of a large number of pornographic films and the two, being simpletons, run into a projection at red lights. In the second episode a boy to become a famous journalist and writer, must have a sexual relationship with his director and morbid. In the third episode a woman, Armida, is struggling with the pornographic magazines, with the risk of compromising his family relationship. In the last episode the crude and vulgar producer Giuseppe Costanzo is releasing his latest movie-themed sex. But the girl who must interpret the "deflowered" by the young actor suddenly decides to run away leaving the production to violence. Joseph did not do more and is enraged to death. Of all the attempts to reconcile the relationship with the actress, but everything is useless. Then a friend advised him to take an alternate ending for the film and equally seductive emorivamente that will involve the entire audience during the first cinema. Dante Fontana is an antique dealer of Perugia, and is infatuated with British culture. Then chased away by gunfire, Dante takes refuge with a group of young flower children and with them, takes part in a riot. Arrested, Dante is sent back to Italy where he resumes his monotonous work.
