Raw Feed was a label of Warner Premiere, the direct-to-DVD division of Warner Home Video, that focused on releasing films of the horror genre, many of them unrated.
In the midst of a serial abductor/killer's rampage, beautiful young Riley Lawson goes missing. When her desperate parents, Will and Kate, are contacted by her kidnapper, insufferable FBI Special Agent Hotchkiss takes charge of the case. But, from deep within the psychopathic subterranean world created by Otis Broth, Riley turns the tables on her tormentor, manages to escape and to contact her parents. Fed up with the inability of the FBI to find their girl, Will, Kate, and Riley's brother, Reed decide to take matters – and justice – into their own hands.
Just as the local grocery store is about to close, a group of six armed, masked people enter the building. They take the staff and remaining customers hostage and immediately shoot down one of the employees. One of the masked men named Spooky is then told to check whether "he" is among the hostages. When he identifies a woman as one of "them", she tries to escape but is shot down. Meanwhile, a police officer, who was also inside the store, manages to kill one of the masked men. He then calls for back-up and shoots Spooky, who hasn't managed to check all hostages yet. The cop is then killed too.
In the 1970s, the Winnebago family encounters the Driver (Brionne Davis) standing on the side of the road next to the yellow pickup, out of gas. Once in the R.V., Mrs. Winnebago begins to flirt heavily with the Driver, asking Scotty, her physically deformed child, to take a picture with his camera.

The plot centers on the protagonist George Grieves (Cavanagh), who checks into the Mt. Abaddon Hospital for a routine procedure only to find horrors await him. Awakening from what was supposedly a simple colonoscopy, Grieves is told by hospital staff that due to confusion arising from similar patient names he was mistakenly given a sympathectomy to cure sweaty palms.
A girl named Nicole makes a rest stop. Little does she know that her convenience break will be fatal as she becomes the victim of a demented serial killer who drives a yellow truck. Nicole soon becomes aware that the rest stop is haunted by the killer's previous victims or they are simply delusions of Nicole's hysteria. The origin of the killer's psychopathy are unknown other than the fact it may have to do with a demented family in a Winnebago and soon enough things go horribly wrong.
