Junie (Vhong Navarro), is an ice cream vendor, who goes around selling ice cream to children, and adults alike. After his shift, Junie gets in a predicament with a rival vendor Dodoy (Jay Manalo). Their manager, angered by their actions, demotes Junie to a warehouse guard. Dodoy celebrates, only to be demoted too, working a different shift than that of Junie. Junie goes home in a bad mood, until he sees the love of his life, Liana (Aubrey Miles). After dinner, Junie gets ready to sleep, to work a new job the next day. While on the job, Junie accidentally swallows a spider, thus giving him web slinging abilities, and becoming Gagamboy. After his shift, Dodoy comes in to his work, and leaves a sandwich unprotected. A roach slips into his sandwich, and as he eats it, he collapses, only to regain consciousness as a large roach. He hires two henchmen, and calls himself, Ipisman (Cockroachman). Junie and Dodoy, both try to win Liana's love. Dodoy practically gives up, only to return as Ipisman, to kidnap Liana to lure Gagamboy to his lair. There, he plans to finish off Gagamboy, but the tables turned and Dodoy was destroyed.
Taking from where they last left off, Red (Danilo Barrios) and his gang was asked by Sir Harry (Jaime Fabregas) to do a quest for him in exchange for a big sum of money. But knowing that any connection with the dead is just trouble so they refused the offer. Unfortunately, Red's grandmother (Gloria Romero) had a sudden stroke and he was challenged and was finally convinced by Sir Harry to take the quest, The quest was to find the missing piece of an Agimat (a mystical amulet which have powers to heal, protect its owner from harm and even in death). His friends, Thor (Vhong Navarro), Buboy (Jhong Hilario), Jigger (Spencer Reyes), And Ponce (Christopher Cruz) did know that something has happened to Red, until they were given a warning by the Taga-pagbantay (The Guardian) (Marlou Aquino), a mystical being which is a half-human and half giant, told them that Red had joined a quest and needs their help. They suspected it was Sir Harry's Plan and had made their way to their friend. They made their way to an old ancestral house where they saw Red lying on a sofa and was unaware that his destiny was to search for the missing piece of agimat. This is where the adventure begins, The ancestral house was also a portal or a "Shortcut" to the world of the dead and creatures of the unknown. They first encountered a Tikbalang (a large half horse and half man), an army of Aswang (flesh-eaters) and a band of Tiyanak (baby-like flesh eaters), then mermaids who brought them to the Lugar ng mga Alon (Land of the Waves) where Red and Thor fought with an identical copy of themselves for their life (this is also where they got the missing piece of the agimat). While Red and Thor were in the Land of the Waves; Jigger, Ponce and Buboy found way back to their own world, The World of The Living. As Red had finally got the missing piece, they decided to go back with the group of elementary students who have died from a bus accident. But their mission does not end here, they still have to do a cat chase with the dead people in their own world saving the card "The Ace of Diamonds" so that Red will not have the fate of death, and they traveled back in time to give the agimat to the Babaylan (Witch Doctor) and gave her eternal peace.

But Abad escapes in a car with Adan chases him which they destroyed a fuel tanker as Adan shots Abad in the back causing him to skid his car to a stop. Adan climbs out of his damaged car as Abad was about to fire his gun at him Adan kills him and blows his car up. Ben Hapon informs to Moren to Abad's death which enrages him. Adan goes to his house to find her mother murdered by Ben Hapon and Karla has been captured by Moreno and he throws Ben Hapon out of the house and telling him to Moreno that he is coming for him. Adan goes to Moreno's Summer villa in Antipolo to rescue Karla and kills Ben Hapon. Hepe and his police forces arrive to help him and arrests Moreno's men. Moreno escapes with Karla. During the scuffle Moreno slaps Karla causing her to fell down the hill and badly shots her just as Adan arrives into the scene. Enraged Adan shots Moreno with his machine gun and mourns Karla believing to have been killed by Moreno just as Hepe arrives to help him. However Moreno still alive and aims his machine gun at them. Adan is shot by him before he and Hepe shot Moreno to death. Karla has survived the scuffle with Moreno and was in a wheeling chair mourning for Adan's death in the cemetery with Adan's friend and sister Elma. Hepe arrives and tells them that Adan survived he was only shot in the arm by Moreno before he and Hepe killed Moreno.
