This in-name-only sequel to the first Meatballs summer camp movie sets us at Camp Sasquatch and revolves around two main plots. The owner of Sasquatch, Giddy, tries to keep his camp open after Hershey, the owner of Camp Patton located just across the lake, wants to buy the entire lake for Camp Patton. Giddy suggests settling the issue with the traditional end-of-the-summer boxing match over rights to the lake. A tough, inner city punk named Flash is at Camp Sasquatch for community service as a counselor-in-training. Flash is recruited to box in order to save Sasquatch. The second main subplot involves Cheryl. She is a naive teen whom Flash sets his sights on. Cheryl's teenage girl co-campers arrange for Cheryl to see a man naked after she confesses she's never seen a "pinky." Also in the movie, an alien is also staying at the camp for the summer.

In this fourth installment of the erotic mystery-thriller series and set once again in the fictional south Florida city of Blue Bay, Carson Wheetly (Ashley Parker Angel) is the wealthy and spoiled son of millionaire NASCAR car racer Ted Wheetly (Cameron Daddo). A few days later, Ted dies during a race and the police get involved when Detective Frank Walker (John Schneider) investigates Ted's death which happened under questionable circumstances. Ted's lawyer, George Stuben (Ethan S. Smith), suddenly announces during the reading of the will that Carson cannot inherit Ted's money and estate until he marries. Carson quickly gets married to Rachel, and inherits. Carson and Rachel decide to kill the two other women and keep all the money for themselves. However, Rachel, along with Brandi and Linda, are also plotting to kill Carson so that Rachel can inherit as a grieving widow and split the money three ways. Rachel does murder Carson and inherits his money. Rather than split the money, Rachel plots to murder Brandi, as well as Linda, to keep all of the inheritance money for herself. Brandi, anticipating that Rachel might do just that, plots a scheme of her own to kill Rachel. However, Linda has an agenda of her own to steal the money for herself, along with her shadowy partner-in-crime who is the mastermind behind everything.

The film follows a beautiful but troubled young girl, Debbie Strand (Rose McGowan), placed in foster care with her estranged grandmother in Los Angeles after her mother and father die in a suspicious house fire. Her grandmother is an ultra-conservative fundamentalist Christian, who is convinced that she can undo years of Debbie's presumed hedonism with some "correctional therapy." However, Peter has a fiancée named Marilyn and strong scruples, so he repeatedly rejects Debbie's advances. Before long, Peter finds that his life is ruined and the bodies are piling up. During the hectic climax, Debbie breaks into Marilyn's home with the intention of wiping her out. Peter soon realizes Debbie is there and is quickly on his way. Meanwhile, Debbie confronts Marilyn. Marilyn runs through the kitchen, but Debbie tackles her to the ground. After a brief scuffle, Debbie is too strong as she knocks the helpless Marilyn unconscious. As she attempts to murder her, Peter rushes in and saves the day.
