Synopsis
While attending a party with her workmate Terry Wilson (Joyce Danner) at an isolated barn, Ann Henderson (Eve Reeves) is assaulted, but is saved in the nick of time by Mr. Bradley (Daniel Garth). Ann and Terry decide to leave, ditching Ann’s boyfriend, but find themselves stranded when their car is inexplicably out of gas, they are advised by a strange man (Ivan Agar), that just happens to be walking past, that there is a nearby house whose owners may be able to help.Comments

Shown almost entirely though a stationary camera and a handheld one, the film has a woman named Kana and a man named Kiku being hired to star in an amateur porno being made by two men. As the porn shoot progresses, it incorporates elements of BDSM, such as breast bondage, multiple penetration with dildoes, wax play, flagellation, and an enema. The movie opens with the feral Woman (Pollyanna McIntosh) circling what appears to be her child. A wolf, apparently tamed by the feral Woman, circles the infant as well but does it no harm. Nicole Walker (Reese Witherspoon) is a fairly innocent teenager with a rebellious streak. At a rave with best friend Margo Masse (Alyssa Milano), Nicole meets David McCall (Mark Wahlberg), who is part of the same group of friends as the guy Margo is with. Though he has borderline personality disorder and antisocial features, she is swept off her feet by his sweet, polite nature. When Steven meets David, he mistrusts him immediately; it does not help matters when Nicole violates her curfews to spend more time with David. Eventually, while Steven and Laura are on a business trip, Nicole and David sleep together at her home, flagrantly disobeying a house rule about unsupervised guests. One day, David scares Nicole by assaulting her friend Gary Rohmer (Todd Caldecott) upon seeing them hug each other. He shoves Nicole to the ground when she tries to stop him, giving her a black eye. Nicole ends things with David, leaving him crushed, but her father's now-intense opposition to David paradoxically drives her to accept David's apologies. Steven suspiciously checks into David's background and learns that David spent his early life with various foster families, until getting arrested or institutionalized. When David turned 18, he was released from foster care.

Klaus, a former Nazi German doctor who practiced horrific experiments with children during World War II, has continued with his sick attraction for torturing and killing young boys during his exile in a remote village in Catalonia. His latest victim is a child he has tortured and later kills with a blow to the head, taking photographs of the crime. This sadistic act has been witnessed by Angelo, another of Klaus' victims, who has spied him from a window, later stealing the tortured incriminating writings and photographs of the doctor's crimes. Klaus tries to commit suicide jumping from a tower, but he survives. As a result of his failed attempt he is now unable to breathe on his own and is immobile, confined permanently in an iron lung to survive.
