Synopsis
A group of friends (Andy, Roger, Tricia, Max, Nell, Charlotte and Nicole) head to some lakeside cabins for the weekend. Arriving at the cabins, the septet find a "blood book" that tells the story of Preacher Jacob, a priest who took over the nearby town's congregation in 1896. Jacob had his followers commit mass suicide, under the belief that he could resurrect them as a new, perfect race enlightened by their deaths. Max and Nell go off to have sex, but before they do so Max skims the blood book and reads an incantation aloud, summoning the homicidal spirit of Preacher Jacob.Actors

Due to masturbating to Clown Porn, college student and sex addict Michael Brichums misses a date with his girlfriend, Carrie, prompting Carrie to dump him. Later, Mike goes to a sex shop, where he finds a magazine featuring Andromeda Strange, an alt porn star whose films are so extreme they have been banned in numerous countries. A group of seven seemingly unconnected people each receive a letter containing half of a thousand dollar bill, an invitation to a mansion, and the promise of money and prizes if they show up. Arriving at the house, the recipients of the envelopes find a note, which informs them that rooms have been prepared for them, and that their host (known only as "J.M.") will arrive soon to explain everything to them. The guests conclude that they have been called together due to a tontine made by relatives, who all died in a hotel fire during their last annual meeting.

While traveling through Texas (in the vicinity of where several bodies have been uncovered) five friends become lost, with their van running low on gas.
