Boss Number One also (Bengali: বস নাম্বার ওয়ান) is a Bangladeshi action film directed by Bangladeshi filmmaker Bodiul Alam Khokon. The film stars Shakib Khan, Nipun, Sahara and many more. Shakib Khan plays the title role and Nipun and Sahara play the role of his left and right hand. and release on Eid al Adha of 7 November 2011. The film was filmed in Bangkok and Bangladesh. This Movie is a copy of 2008's Telegu film Ontari.

Hridoy (Shakib Khan) is the son of a head constable (Probir mitro). Hridoy is a guy with carefree attitude. He is beaten by a rival gang at night and was rescued by a beautiful girl Priya(Sahara). She pays his hospital bills and donates her blood. She is gone from the hospital by the time Hridoy became conscious. When Hridoy's friends tell him who rescued him, he starts loving her immediately for her good-heartedness though he did not see her. Priya later turns out to be the sister of the city police commissioner Misha Sawdagar.
