The film was directed and co-written by Nick Lyon, with additional writing by Matthew Joynes, Ron Peer and Byron Lester, and was produced by Matthew Joynes and Robert Rodriguez. It follows an undercover police officer-turned-vigilante (Trejo) tracking down the crooks who kidnapped his grandson. Filming took place in Los Angeles, United States. The film was released on Blu-ray and DVD on February 25, 2014 in North America.
Synopsis
Nearing retirement, maverick Los Angeles-based detective Frank "Bullet" Marasco is assigned to hunt down the notorious drug baron Carlito Kane, following a tipoff from Leroy, who is later whacked to death with a golf club due to interrupting Kane's golf game. Bullet and his team storm one of Kane's hideouts but fail to capture him.Actors

A water-borne virus has led to a widespread outbreak of zombies in San Francisco. A group of survivors, including Dr. Lynn Snyder (Mariel Hemingway) and others, create a refuge on Alcatraz Island. Snyder receives communications from Dr. Arnold (French Stewart), a scientist conducting experiments to create a cure for the virus. Meanwhile, Dr. Dan Halpern (LeVar Burton), another of the refugees, is studying parts culled from the bodies of the zombies, but he is unable to make much headway because he only has access to 'dead' zombies. His research is further hindered when Caspian (Danny Trejo) and other refugees burn the zombie corpses being stored on the island.

Miranda Hollander (Helena Mattsson) is a beautiful and smart young woman. She is a college professor and lives with her "uncle", Tom Hollander (Ben Cross) who works in a museum. Miranda can read books just by touching them, without even needing to open them. Miranda believes that she has lived with her "uncle" ever since her parents were killed in an accident while she was a baby. After her birthday, Miranda becomes unconscious and is sent to a local hospital. Tom is notified by the police. When Miranda arrives at the hospital, she silently transforms into alien form, strips naked and by seducing kills a few people. Raped by her step-father, Sarah with her boyfriend, Spike, run away to Portland by trying to convince her step-uncle to give them money by showing him pictures of him drug dealing. Their plan failed and her step-uncle tries to kill both of them but Sarah gets away to find his secret stash of money she found three years ago. They settle in a motel room where bass-player Spike finds a band audition ad in the newspaper. On the way walking to the audition, Spike and Sarah get into a fight, leaving Sarah waiting in the rain on the side of the road. A cab driver offers Sarah a free ride home, saying its dangerous especially for little girls to be alone at this time of night. Eventually, she gets into the front seat of the car. The cab driver seems nice at first and asked a few questions but Sarah, tired and annoyed, tells him to stop and just drop her off. The cab driver drives to a deserted area under the bridge, then beats and rapes her. Spike comes back to the motel room to find Sarah naked and highly beaten under the shower.
