Bullets Don't Argue (Italian: Le pistole non discutono, also known as Guns Don't Talk and Pistols Don't Argue) is a 1964 Italian Spaghetti Western film directed by Mario Caiano. The film was produced by Jolly Film back to back with Sergio Leone's A Fistful of Dollars, but with a more expensive budget and in anticipation of a greater success than the Leone's film, especially because at the time Rod Cameron was better known than Clint Eastwood.

A stranger arrives at the little Mexican border town of San Miguel. Silvanito, the town's innkeeper, tells the Stranger about a feud between two families vying to gain control of the town: on the one side, the Rojo brothers: Don Miguel, Esteban and Ramón; on the other, the family of the town sheriff, John Baxter. The Stranger decides to play each family against the other in order to make money, and proves his speed and accuracy with his gun to both sides by shooting the four men who teased him as he entered town with ease.

Outside of Carterville, Texas, the sheepherding Martinez family has discovered gold on their land. Manuel, the wayward youngest son boasts about the fact under the influence of alcohol in a saloon. The next day three masked men ride to the Martinez house where they murder the father, wound Manuel and steal the gold belonging to the family. Unaware of the crimes they committed, the three masked riders are seen by Richard Martinez, called "Gringo" who is an adopted Anglo-American son of the Martinez family. Gringo has been away for four years fighting with guerillas against the Mexican Government. Discovering the tragedies, Gringo seeks the help of Sheriff Lance Corbett to find the killers who Gringo can only identify by their horses. Gringo kills one of the men who attempts to ambush him and gradually discovers that certain people in the town of Carterville want to obtain the land of the Martinez family for themselves.
