Case No.18/9 (Kannada: ಕೇಸ್ ನಂ. ೧೮/೯) is a 2013 Indian Kannada language film directed by Mahesh Rao, a remake of the Tamil film Vazhakku Enn 18/9 (2012). The film stars Niranjan Shetty and Sindhu Lokanath in the lead roles. The supporting cast features Abhishek, Shwetha Pandit and Rangayana Raghu.

Janakirama alias Jackie (Puneet Rajakumar) is an 8th standard living with his mother Jayamma who operates a flour mill in a village. Jackie is a guy who dreams of making it big; but not by hard work. He is an expert card player and thinks he can repay all his debts with earnings from it. He does every job and hopes he would one day make it big as a realtor. He is talkative and uses the opportunities around him to eke out a living. In the locality where he lives, a priest's daughter Yashodha (Harshika Poonacha), is in love with a photo studio owner who is actually a conduit for a human trafficker and asks Jackie to help her get married. Jackie initially tries to help but when the priest questions him, he decides to cop out of the issue respecting the aged father's feelings.

The story revolves around Raja (Darshan), an auto-rickshaw driver, who falls in love with Rukmini (Deepa Sannidhi). But she has an enemy in Pratap (played by Ajay), a relative who wants to marry her, and takes her to his hometown - Durgakote. Raja follows her to the place and finds that she hails from the family of palegars who rule the place. The story takes a turn when Raja finds that Rukmini is the daughter of his father's sister. The film starts with an imprisoned Manja (Ganesh) recalling his love for Shyloo (Bhama) since childhood that becomes more intense as they grow. Though Shyloo's mother assures Manja of getting them married, she changes her mind and arranges for Shyloo to marry a rich family boy. Infuriated, Manja threatens to kill her. He is arrested by the police and given a 30-days prison sentence. Shyloo's mother arranges the marriage a day before his release and Manja escapes from prison. As the police officer Bhaskar and a constable Ramaiah handcuff Manja, Shyloo too goes along with him as they decide to get married after he is released from prison.
