Celebrity Pornhab with Dr. Screw is a 2009 pornographic film that satirizes the VH1 reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. The film stars Mary Carey & Mike Horner. This film marks Carey's comeback to adult films. Carey, an alumna of both Celebrity Rehab and Celebrity Rehab Presents Sober House, stars in this film and pokes fun at herself and the reality show. The film also stars Penny Flame, who shortly after this film, herself became a patient on Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew, a Celebrity Rehab spin-off.

Release of the film initiated a series of Twitter conversations between Dr. Drew and Mary Carey in which Drew suggested Carey speak with her AA sponsor.

Synopsis

Several washed-out celebrities check themselves into a drug rehabilitation clinic that is being filmed for reality television. The patients are under the care of the perverted "Dr. Screw Pussky" (parody of Dr. Drew Pinsky) and a scantily clad RN (Mary Carey). Although supposed to be a safe heaven from relapse temptations and sexual activity, the whole cast, with the good doctor himself, delve into hedonism.
