Synopsis
Le chef d'un groupe de malfrats, Jack, est blessé à la tête lors du braquage d'une bijouterie. Il est conduit chez le médecin. Afin de le sauver, on a recours à l'utilisation d'une tête tranchée susceptible de permettre une greffe de cerveau. Le résultat de cette opération est inattendu : Jack se transforme en tueur que nul ne peut raisonner.Actors

Une bande de jeunes délinquants commet des petits coups et reste fasciné par l'image du Caïd, truand local qui purge actuellement 15 ans de prison. Son fils André fait partie de la bande. Antoine, un homme se prétendant un ancien ami du caïd contacte la bande afin de commettre des vols d'envergure, tandis qu'André est surveillé par la police. Le caïd est libéré pour bonne conduite, mais quand celui-ci déclare à sa femme et à son fils qu'il en a désormais terminé avec l'illégalité, ses derniers ne comprennent plus. André cherche à forcer la main de son père pour un nouveau coup proposé par Antoine, en allant dénoncer le caïd à la police. Celle-ci pénètre en force dans l'appartement familial, blesse grièvement le père. André et le caïd parviennent à s'échapper et à prendre une barque dans la baie de Barcelone, mais le Caïd meurt. André tente alors d'empêcher sa bande de réaliser le coup projeté. S'ensuit une bagarre dans laquelle Antoine et l'un des jeunes de la bande meurent. André décide alors de refuser l'illégalité et s'en va avec sa petite amie.

Un commissaire de police espagnol et un de ses amis français, inspecteur enquêtent conjointement à propos du meurtre d'un luthier dans son atelier de Barcelone, étranglé avec la corde d'un violon brisé. Ils n'ont aucune piste si ce n'est qu'un musicien de rue a entendu au moment du crime une musique qui l'a subjugué mais qu'il est incapable d'identifier. Il est cependant capable de la reproduire et les deux inspecteurs profitent d'une émission de radio (la mélodie mystérieuse) pour tenter d'en savoir plus avec l'aide des auditeurs. Un homme prétend alors en être le compositeur avant de raccrocher brutalement. On le localise. L'enquête mènera les policiers dans un cabaret puis auprès du professeur de musique Visconti. Les empreintes de ce dernier étant retrouvées sur le violon fracassé, il est inculpé et incarcéré. Mais voilà que le musicien de rue est assassiné à son tour, l'enquête doit donc redémarrer et les inspecteurs finissent par découvrir à Nice, Florencio, un violoniste de cabaret en couple avec une jeune danseuse. Il s'enfuit avec elle, les policiers à leur trousse, tente de passer en force la frontière italienne et s'écrase contre un parapet. Florencio meurt sur le coup, sa maitresse n'est que blessée.

In the near future (2018), a prisoner named Dante (William Miller) escapes from jail after having been arrested for illegally entering Spain. Forced to kill a prison guard, he is hunted down by the prison's dog, a monstrous Rottweiler police dog that sadistic prison warden Kufard (Paul Naschy) had revived and cybernetically enhanced after a fatal injury. Believing his Spanish girlfriend Ula (Irene Montala) was sent to work as a prostitute in Puerto Angel as punishment, Dante looks for her, but is exhausted by the chase and wounded by the Rottweiller. As a result, he starts having hallucinations and being haunted by the repressed memories of his and Ula's arrest. As he reaches Puerto Angel and can't find her at the brothel, he finally remembers that Ula got killed when Kufard let his dog loose on her, which led Dante to shoot the dog, which was then turned into a cyborg. Dante kills Kufard as the Rottweiler catches up with him, and they fight to the death among the burning remains of Kufard's helicopter. The morning after, firemen find the skeletons of Dante, Ula and the Rottweiler on the beach.

Count Dracula's Great Love opens outside a creepy old smoke-filled sanitarium in the Carpathian mountains as two delivery men arrive with a large, heavy man-shaped crate.
