Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals (Emanuelle E Gli Ultimi Cannibali; a.k.a. Trap Them and Kill Them) is a 1977 Italian sexploitation film by Joe D'Amato. When a nurse is savagely bitten by a female patient in a mental hospital, Emanuelle, still working as an undercover journalist, travels into the Amazon jungle to investigate the girl's claims that she was brought up by a hidden cannibal tribe.
The film is notable for its scenes of gore, which include rape, castration, cannibalism and disembowelment, and for being a mix of erotic and horror, something on which D'Amato would later focus with his films Porno Holocaust and Erotic Nights of the Living Dead.

Emanuelle is in Kenya to arrange an interview with the Italian American gangster George Lagnetti (Venantino Venantini, "Giorgio Rivetti" in the English dub). She succeeds in meeting him with help from her friend Susan Towers (Ely Galleani) and Prince Aurozanni (Pierre Marfurt) but is intrigued by other events, leading her to meet the white slave trader Francis Harley (Gabriele Tinti) and puts her to a dangerous quest at the San Diego mansion of Madame Claude (Gota Gobert), which functions as a brothel for top-level dignitaries and civil servants.

Dans une propriété bourgeoise de l'Italie d'avant-guerre, un aristocrate veuf, Gérard, est inconsolable depuis la mort de son épouse Leonora, la seule femme qu'il a aimée et qui prenait du plaisir à se prostituer dans un bordel. A tropical island cursed by voodoo is purchased by a land developer (Mark Shannon) who plans to open a luxury hotel. He hires a sea Captain (George Eastman) to take him and a socialite (Dirce Funari) to the nearby island. Sur la petite île de Lokandola, perdue dans la mer des Caraïbes, Paul, un ethnologue, étudie les mœurs d'une peuplade. A Saint-Domingue, où réside le couple, Haini a tôt fait de faire tourner la tête à tous les messieurs des environs. Hélène s'irrite des infidélités répétées de sa protégée, mais cette dernière sait trouver les arguments qui les réconcilient. Mais Haini a tendance à pervertir son entourage et dévoile son côté violent à travers des cérémonies vaudous.
