Empire of Danger is a movie about a rescue mission sent to Mars to find a missing crew that Space Command lost contact with. Empire of Danger is the sequel to the movie Lost on Mars made in 2002. Directord by Eric Shook and produced by Westfield Entertainment and distributed by Pro-Active Entertainment Group.
Synopsis
Empire of Danger is about a rescue mission sent to Mars to find out what happened to the astronauts from the first mission to Mars. A rocket is launched towards Mars with an experimental spacecraft capable of traveling through time. The astronauts attempt to travel back through time over 300 billion years ago into Mars past in hope of finding out why Space command lost contact with the first mission. As the spacecraft attempts to travel back in time, Earth urgently tries to send a radio transmission to abort their mission. The crew receives the information but it's to late and they travel back into Mars past anyway throwing them ten years off their projected time curve from the first crew. Once on the planet surface they encounter a world with a thriving atmosphere, a world similar to Earth but controlled by the Siperion Empire a ruthless barbarian culture who are at war with an alliance of planets in their home solar system. Mars was taken from the alliance by the Siperion army during the war. The planet is used for mining raw minerals and used as a Top secret base to construct weapons of mass destruction to destroy their enemy's with.Comments

George Herbert explains that despite years of searching for extraterrestrial life, mankind never expected the invasion which devastated human civilization into anarchy, and that the aliens were killed by a lack of immunity to the bacteria in the human blood they consumed. Two years later, a town is seen, populated with silent refugees including characters Shackleford and Sissy. Suddenly, three Tripods land in the city. People are struck by a Heat-Ray. Shackleford takes a sample of Sissy's blood, with which he injects himself.

Oswald and a big badger are sitting on a bench in a park. Momentarily a pretty female teddy bear walks around and sings the song A Bench in the Park (this song was used earlier in King of Jazz). When she drops a handkerchief, Oswald and the badger rush to pick it up. Upon picking, they pulled the handkerchief until it is rip apart. When the teddy bear passes by again, Oswald snags part of the badger's clothing onto a nail on the bench. The badger rushes again and ends up wearing just his undergarments. Oswald then approaches the teddy bear as the other guy runs away in embarrassment. But before he could spend a long time with her, the badger returns in a wine barrel before kicking Oswald in the rear. The kick is so strong that Oswald is sent into space.

The scene pans up from the dead rover to show a huge, undiscovered Martian city just beyond the rock the rover was about to sample. In the 2030s, the crew of Ares III, a manned mission to Mars, has established a temporary artificial habitat, called the Hab, on Mars, where they are to stay for two months and depart back to Earth in their orbital probe. Eighteen days into the Mars mission, however, a massive Martian storm hits the base and the crew is forced to abandon the planet and launch themselves because of the danger that their escape vehicle will collapse and leave them stranded. The rocketship MR-1 (for "Mars Rocket 1"), returns to Earth after the first manned flight to Mars. At first thought to have been lost in space, the rocket reappears but mission control cannot raise the crew by radio. The ground crew land the rocket successfully by remote control. Two survivors are found aboard: Dr. Iris Ryan (Naura Hayden) and Col. Tom O'Bannion (Gerald Mohr), the latter's arm covered by a strange alien growth. The mission report is recounted by Dr. Ryan as she attempts to find a cure for Col. O'Bannion's arm.
