Flight of the Navigator is a 1986 comic science fiction film directed by Randal Kleiser and written by Mark H. Baker and Michael Burton, about David Freeman, a 12-year-old boy who is abducted by an alien spaceship and finds himself caught in a world that has changed around him.
The film's producers initially sent the project to Walt Disney Pictures in 1984, but the studio was unable to approve it and it was sent to Producers Sales Organization, which made a deal with Disney to distribute it in the United States. It was partially shot in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Norway, it being a co-production with Norwegian company Viking Film.
Synopsis
The film follows David Scott Freeman (Joey Cramer), a 12-year-old boy living in Florida in 1978. David has a strained relationship with his younger brother Jeff. On the night of July 4, at his mother's insistence, David walks through the woods to escort Jeff home from a friend's house. On the way, his dog alerts him to something down in a ravine. When David goes to investigate, he falls into the ravine and is knocked unconscious.Actors

In the late 19th Century, a young explorer named Jack Conroy arrives in Alaska from San Francisco and meets a musher named Skunker and his late father's buddy Alex Larson, a rugged guide who reluctantly agrees to take Jack to his father's claim. While on their journey, they are stalked by a large pack of wolves. While resting at a campfire at nightfall, a female wolf manages to lure one of the sled dogs (Digger) away from the group, another wolf appears and chases the dog into the woods, Skunker uses his ammunition to wound one wolf and gives chase to save his dog, but is killed and devoured by the rest of the pack. Later that night the wolves return but are scared off by Jack and Alex using burning branches. The following morning the wolves attack the two men, but they are saved when another sled team arrives with one of the men fatally shooting a female wolf, her pup (who is half dog) is left to fend for himself. Jack and Alex reach a town where they plan to stay for the winter. A band of Native Americans, meanwhile, find the pup, and the chief names him White Fang.

The film opens with Scorch Supernova (Brendan Fraser) on a mission to rescue captured babies from the Gnarlachs. He rescues them just in time before the Gnarlachs wake up. Scorch then returns to Planet Baab where he is known as a famous hero and a love interest for anchorwoman Gabby Babblebrook (Sofía Vergara) while at BASA his brother Gary (Rob Corddry) works. Gary's son Kip (Jonathan Morgan Heit) is a big fan of his uncle Scorch. Soon, Gary and Scorch receive a message from Lena Thackleman (Jessica Alba), the head of BASA, that Scorch will be sent to the "Dark Planet" (Earth) due to an SOS call. Scorch decides to go on the mission to the Dark Planet, but Gary strongly insists that he doesn't go because he is not serious. Also, no alien has ever returned from the dark planet. After further arguing, Gary finally says that he won't be helping Scorch and quits BASA before Scorch himself fires him. Gary then goes home to his wife Kira (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Kip only to find out that Scorch has already gone on the mission to the Dark Planet, while Kip is watching it on live TV in excitement.

The commercial spacecraft Nostromo is on a return trip to Earth with a seven-member crew in stasis. Detecting a mysterious transmission, possibly a distress signal, from a nearby planetoid, the ship's computer, MOTHER, awakens the crew. Following standard company policy for such situations, the Nostromo lands on the planetoid and Captain Dallas, Executive Officer Kane, and Navigator Lambert head out to investigate. The film tells the story of widowed father Jeffrey Wilder (Scott Bakula), who works as a cab driver, and his son Eric (Joey Cramer), as they are unexpectedly hurled into the adventure of a lifetime. When a NASA truck carrying a space canister crashes near their home, Jeffrey and Eric rush inside the wrecked vehicle to recover the helpless driver and a few scientists. However, near the end of the rescue, the truck violently explodes, and Jeffrey is rushed to the hospital, 90% of his body covered in second- and third-degree burns. As the doctors watch in shock, Jeffrey's badly burnt body miraculously heals itself before their eyes, and he walks out, confused and amazed.

On October 31, 1693, in Salem, Massachusetts, Thackery Binx discovers his younger sister Emily being spirited away to the cottage of the Sanderson sisters, a trio of witches. The film opens in the utopian future that results from the music of Bill (Alex Winter) and Ted (Keanu Reeves). La NASA décide de mettre en place un voyage spatial habité qui dispose de la vitesse de la lumière. Le nom de la navette ainsi que du projet dénommé "Stardust". Le voyage est à destination de l'étoile la plus proche de nous connu sous le nom d'Alpha du Centaure mais le ministre de la défense refuse ce projet car la durée du voyage dure 4 ans 1/2 pour y aller et autant pour y revenirainsi que 20 ans pour explorer le système de la dite étoile donc trop long pour des humains. Le ministre impose un ultimatum de mettre autre chose que des humains dans cette navette. Le professeur Zimmerman (chef du projet) téléphone à un jeune savant dénommé Tom Trimble pour construire un humanoïde (un robot de forme humaine) qui pourra effectuer le dit voyage, il devra parler et fonctionner. Tom Trimble construit l'humanoïde auquel il donne son propre visage et le nomme "Hermès", en référence au dieu grec des transports. Hermès a sa propre intelligence artificielle et apprends rapidement les connaissances dispensées par son créateur. Il a des réflexes humains et réagit comme un humain; ainsi il pourra expliquer les effets du vol durant ces 9 ans de voyage aller-retour. Hermès est présenté au ministre qui approuve le projet. Le jour du départ de la fusée transportant la navette, Hermès refuse de partir car il a peur de pas revenir alors Tom Trimble est envoyé à bord pour le raisonner, mais un éclair frappe la tour de décollage et fait partir accidentellement la navette avec Hermès et Tom encore à bord. Hermès est mis hors circuit sous le coup de la force du décollage et laisse seul aux commandes Tom Trimble. Trimble ne peut revenir sur Terre et il est obligé de faire le voyage. Trimble décide d'essayer de réparer Hermès mais pendant ce temps la navette déclenche la vitesse lumière. Trimble s'aperçoit que la navette tourne autour de la Terre puis atterrit. Il atterrit en Grande-Bretagne et il sort en scaphandre. Une jeune fille le prend pour un monstre et Trimble décide de la suivre à Camelot. Trimble s'aperçoit en chemin qu'il se retrouve dans l'Angleterre du VI siècle après J.C. au temps du roi Arthur.
