Synopsis
Kassie, 12 ans, vit avec son père qui travaille dans une banque et adore jouer avec Scoot, le chien de la brigade de police. Les officiers Greene et Lloyd ont d'ailleurs décidé de lui confier leur chien pendant une semaine. Au même moment, deux bandits, Clint et Brandy, se dirigent vers la petite ville pour mettre la main sur un trésor planqué dans les environs par un voleur il y a 80 ans. Le pasteur Bailey confie le secret du trésor à Kassie ainsi qu'une montre ayant appartenu au voleur...Actors

The film begins on August 23, 1992 with a team of storm trackers tracking Hurricane Andrew over the Atlantic Ocean. While flying a plane through the hurricane, their generator malfunctions, and they lose contact with it. While trying to fix this problem, a lightning bolt hits the plane causing all systems to fail, and the plane crashes into the Atlantic Ocean.
