Synopsis
Canada is being bombed mercilessly by a mysterious plane, which is shaped like a boomerang, and is dubbed "The Falcon". The plane is under the command of Japanese admiral Yamata. The identity of the plane remains a mystery until Professor Marshall Brent and his daughter Carol arrive with a new type of airplane detector. The axis forces are planning a Canadian invasion, and feeling that Professor Brent poses a threat to their plan, they kidnap him. RCMP Sergeant Dave King attempts a rescue, but the Professor is killed when the plane in which he is held captive crashes into a riverboat.Actors

In contemporary (for the 1937 production) California, villain J. A. Marsden aims to take over the California-Yucatan Railroad with the aid of his henchman El Lobo. The rightful owners, Joyce and Phillip Andrews, naturally object. Their parter, Don Manuel Vega summons his nephew, James Vega, to help them as he is the great grandson of the original Zorro, Don Diego de la Vega. He is disappointed, however, to find that his nephew is a useless fop (presumably Don Manuel had not paid too much attention to his family history).

Roy is a "Border Inspector" ever on the alert for smuggling silver between Mexico and the United States. Roy's Mexican friends have told him that one of their own has important information about a silver mine on the American side of the border, but their contact is shot and killed by the mine guards. Before shooting him they plant a piece of ore containing a high level of silver on his body.

Dans cette entrée de Roy Rogers, mettant en vedette une chanson écrite par le gouverneur de l'Oklahoma Roy J. Elle va chez Roy Rogers, rédacteur en chef du journal local, et il l'emmène à la lecture du testament de Talbot. Le ranch est laissé au pupille de Talbot, duc Lowery, âgé de 12 ans, au grand désarroi de la nièce de Talbot, Jan Holloway. Après quelques tentatives sur la vie de Duke, Roy prouve finalement que Jan, Steve McClory et le coroner Jim Judnick ont fait tuer Talbot et conspirent pour faire de même pour Duke, faisant de Jan le dernier héritier.
