Three friends (Gokul, Meghna and Bala) meeting at their reunion are being drawn into a bet to prove the presence of ghosts by a rich schoolmate, Prosper (Bobby Simha) This leads them to a journey to five different places around the world suspected to be haunted. Namely, events which had unfolded in Japan, Dubai, the mid-sea of the Bay of Bengal, a highway in Andhra Pradesh and a remote ATM booth in Tamil Nadu. They fail to capture ghosts in camera in all the cases. Now they were worried that they would lose 60 crore prize amount and Prosper would win. Meanwhile, they learn about a video footage in which a ghost is sighted killing the ATM watchmen. The video footage is in a pen drive owned by the owner of the security company (Bosskey) in which the ATM security guard was employed. When he comes to know the huge reward money for a video footage proving existence of ghosts he demands Rs 50 lakhs for the pen drive. Meghna approaches Prosper to get Rs 50 lakhs. Instead Prosper tries to take advantage of the situation and behaves indecently with her. Meghna gets annoyed and returns home and narrates the incident to Gokul and Bala. That night Meghna gets a call from her lover (Ajay) and with shock and fear she utters one word..... accident!!!!. Three of them visit the place and find Ajay dying. Before dying he narrates the incident and records in his camera. Ajay and his friends while traveling in a car watch a movie from a CD which they had picked up from a vendor who states that it is an unreleased movie. As they watch the movie the same incidents starts happening to them as shown in the movie. Soon after all of them are killed and Ajay was able to burry the CD. The CD was found but before they could get hold of it all three of them are killed by the ghost. Prosper after winning the bet reclaims and rejoices his prize, a Yamaha RX100. After hearing the door bell ring Prosper opens the door to be killed by a ghost.

Tony (N. T. Rama Rao Jr) does anything for money. When Tony went to Kashmir he met a young girl named Niharika (Tamannaah) while being kidnapped by terrorists. He falls in love with her and then rescues her. But Tony found out that Niharika was already engaged to Rakesh. Rakesh is a goon (and the minister's son) but Niharika doesn't know that. When Niharika found out that he was a goon, she dumped him. And she also came to know that she is in love with Tony. Later on Tony kills Rakesh and captures his son DSP Jr.(Sai). Later on when Tony, Niharika, and Chitra (Payal Ghosh) go to the temple, Chitra sees Tony killing someone. And then there is a flashback about how he and Niharika met before but she lost her memory. That happened because Niharika's brother was an undercover cop and when goons found out they killed the whole family. The only one who survived was Niharika but she had a bullet in her head. The doctors said that she would lose her memory soon. So, she tells Tony to kill the people who killed her family because she had seen Tony beating up a bunch of people. In the end tony kills all the goons who killed Niharika's family.

The city of Chennai is rife with the nefarious activities of land mafia. A handicapped Krishna (Suriya) arrives at Mumbai. He, along with a taxi driver (Soori) travel along Mumbai to look for his brother. He then meets a close friend of Raju and tells Krishna that Raju is Raju Bhai (Suriya). He then meets JK and he tells his experience with Raju Bhai and tells him that Raju could have killed him but spared JK. Krishna finally meets Karim Bhai (Joe Malloori) and he tells Krishna that Raju and Chandru (Vidyut Jamwal) were inseparable friends and were growing dons as they emerging in the underworld their enemies too grows. Then a new Commissioner plans to clean the city and kills a few people of Raju's gang. Raju then retaliates this by kidnapping the Commissioner's daughter Jeeva (Samantha) and keeps her as a hostage for a day and when Raju goes to leave her back she tells that she actually doesn't want to go and doesn't want to marry because she didn't love anyone. Both of them then develop love. Things go well until Raju and Chandru invoke the wrath of Imran Bhai (Manoj Bajpai) who is a bigger and more powerful don than them and Chandru keeps chanting what Imran says to him that Imran would 'shoot them like pigs'. Raju then gives Chandru a surprise by capturing Imran. Chandru becomes thrilled about it and gives Raju a surprise by getting him a new car. Raju then meets Jeeva inside. Chandru tells him that he had given Raju a surprise and tells him to stay away for seven days with Jeeva. Raju and Jeeva have a blast. When Raju comes back he sees Chandru murdered in a ghastly manner. A frustrated Raju goes in search of the killers is also shot by his own man, Amar. Krishna then becomes worried. At that very time Amar gets to know that Krishna was looking for him and tries to kill Krishna. Then it is revealed that Krishna is Raju. Raju then fights them and kills Amar. He then goes to find Jackie in a horse race. Jackie tells him to ask Johny. Raju then finds Johny in a shopping mall and Johny tells him that they along with Imran had plotted to kill Chandru when Raju was away. A disappointed Raju kills Johny. Raju then kills one more betrayer in a fight and shoots him. Then Imran's men kidnap Karim Bhai's daughter. When Raju gets there Karim tells him it wasn't his daughter, it was Jeeva. Raju finally battles them and at last kills Imran Bhai. Raju, after rescuing Jeeva, reunites with her and happily leave Mumbai.
