Synopsis
Un jeune garçon vient en aide au fantôme d’un pirate à la recherche d’un parchemin. Il se fait capturer par d’autres pirates convoitant le même document. Un groupe d’amis part à sa recherche et découvre un passage secret vers une plage cubaine, les ramenant à l’époque où ces pirates sévissaient.Actors

Les affaires d'Olivier empirent. Simon «les nuages» découvre, dans ses rêves, un pays fabuleux et paisible, où se sont réfugiés tous les animaux disparus au cours des siècles ou décimés par la faute des humains. Convaincu que ce lieu existe, il veut aller le visiter. Simon réussira à convaincre son cousin Pierre-Alexandre de partir avec lui. Mis au courant de leur expédition secrète, d'autres enfants rejoignent les deux aventuriers. Par contre, ils doivent user de stratagèmes pour ne pas être vus par les adultes. Sans quoi, l'enchantement est rompu et il faut recommencer.

Augustin Marleau est un comédien qui a un talent fou… pour se faire détester. Déjà, dans son aventure précédente, L'Assassin jouait du trombone, il a failli servir de bouc émissaire à un dangereux criminel et à un inspecteur de police aussi ambitieux qu'étroit d'esprit. Aujourd'hui qu'il pense enfin revenir à une vie normale, les éternels ennemis de Marleau reviennent à la charge. D'abord, l'inspecteur de police, un dénommé Giuseppe Grasselli, s'obstine à faire de lui le coupable d'une énigmatique affaire d'enlèvements. Ensuite, le sophistiqué et névrotique criminel dont il a autrefois fait échouer les machinations, Edouard Elkin, veut absolument se venger. Il a d'ailleurs beau jeu pour le faire, puisqu'il est maintenant conseiller en affaires criminelles auprès d'une association de malfaitrices composée de femmes riches mais désœuvrées qui veulent mettre du piquant dans leurs vies en commettant des crimes parfaits. L'enlèvement de leurs maris, par exemple. Maris qu'on ne reverra plus jamais par la suite, cela va de soi. Le pauvre Marleau n'a pas idée de ce qui se trame dans son dos. Évidemment, sa naïveté l'amène à provoquer malheurs sur malentendus et courir de gaffes en gaffes, jusqu'à ce que le hasard lui donne la solution de l'énigme.

Marleau travaille comme gardien de nuit dans un grand studio de production de films : Popcorn international. L'emploi lui convient parce qu'une carrière de comédien achevée en queue de poisson lui a laissé un goût amer. Marleau ne désire plus que tranquillité et anonymat. Le sort en décidera autrement quand un mystérieux individu assassine un à un les patrons de Popcorn international, annonçant chacun de ses crimes par un air mélancolique de trombone. Qu'ont fait ces hommes pour se mériter pareille vengeance ? Marleau a intérêt à le découvrir, et vite : l'assassin laisse sur chaque cadavre un indice l'incriminant, lui. Pour ajouter à ses soucis, sa fille Josée, une perspicace adolescente férue d'informatique, lui rend une visite au terme de laquelle elle se convainc qu'elle seule saura sauver son défaitiste de père. De son côté, l'inspecteur de police Graselli compte bien trouver son profit dans une affaire qui devrait lui valoir avancement et gloire.

A boy, Jimmy Warren, living along the coast in Massachusetts is upset with the unfairness of "modern" life in 1960 when his father scolds him about his school grades. He plays on a wrecked ship along the shore with Kathy. He picks up an odd jar, and wishes he were back in the olden days, on a pirate ship. When Jimmy utters "Where am I?", the magic jar pops open, and a strange little man pops out. He introduces himself as Abu the Genie, and states that he has granted Jimmy his fondest wish: to be on a real pirate ship. Jimmy scoffs at the notion, but Abu insists that they are at that very moment passengers on Queen Anne's Revenge, the ship of the notorious Blackbeard.

Fred is treating the Mystery Inc. gang to share in his birthday present: a mystery cruise, compliments of his parents Skip and Peggy. While preparing for the ship launch, Scooby and Shaggy have a creepy encounter with a sinister-looking cloaked man, whom the duo are sure is up to no good. The gang meet the hyper Cruise Director, Sunny St. Cloud, and the captain, Captain Crothers. The Captain says they are bound for the Bermuda Triangle, and St. Cloud promises some creepy intrigue. A montage of sloppy "mysteries" that are staged by St. Cloud and Captain Crothers follow, which the gang solves with ease. This peeves the other guests, who have no mysteries to solve now. Soon they rescue a man lost at sea, who tells of an encounter with ghost pirates. The gang naturally assumes that this is a setup to another mystery. He is taken below deck as a man in a jetpack appears from the sky and lands on deck. He turns out to be Biff Wellington, an English billionaire who is known to be fun-loving yet eccentric. He plans to stay on the ship as well.

Set in the future, the film's prologue depicts Jim Hawkins as a five-year-old (voiced by Austin Majors) reading a storybook in bed. Eleven-year-old Kevin has a vivid imagination and is fascinated by history, particularly Ancient Greece; his parents ignore his activities, having become more obsessed with buying the latest household gadgets to keep up with their neighbours. One night, as Kevin is sleeping, an armoured knight on a horse bursts out of his wardrobe. Kevin is scared and hides as the knight rides off into a forest setting where once his bedroom wall was; when Kevin looks back out, the room is back to normal and he finds one of his photos on the wall similar to the forest he saw. The next night he prepares a satchel with supplies and a Polaroid camera, but is surprised when six dwarves spill out of the wardrobe. Kevin quickly learns the group has stolen a large, worn map, and are looking for an exit from Kevin's room before they are discovered. They find that Kevin's bedroom wall can be pushed, revealing a long hallway. Kevin is hesitant to join until the visage of a menacing head – the Supreme Being – appears behind them, demanding the return of the map. Kevin and the dwarves fall into an empty void at the end of the hallway.

During the siege of Richmond, Virginia, in the American Civil War, POW Capt. Cyrus Harding escapes from his Confederate captors in a rather unusual way – by hijacking an observation balloon. In his escape, Harding is accompanied by sailor Pencroft, his nephew Bert, writer Gideon, loyal soldier Neb, and a dog. A hurricane blows the balloon off course, and the group eventually crash-lands on a cliff-bound, volcanic, uncharted (and fictitious) island, located in the South Pacific, with very unusual inhabitants. They name it "Lincoln Island" in honour of American President Abraham Lincoln.
