Synopsis
Manon, Djena, Aurore et Marie sont quatre copines qui rêvent de remporter le Défi danse, une compétition de hip-hop inter-écoles. Leur idée folle pour se distinguer des concurrentes : substituer la sensualité à la prouesse technique, en s'inspirant notamment des danses indiennes. Pour arriver à leurs fins, les voilà donc parties à la découverte du plaisir ! Mais elles vont comprendre que le succès passe avant tout par l'épanouissement personnel...Actors

Nancy, dans les années 1980. Gloria (Soko) est une ado rebelle dans une famille très stricte. Alors qu'elle se fait donner des leçons par ses parents (Nadège Prugnard et Fantazio), elle pique une crise de nerfs et elle est internée à l'hôpital psychiatrique Jeanne d'Arc de Dommartin-lès-Toul. Le psychiatre (Jean-Yves Ruf) lui reproche sa façon de s'enlaidir avec son look punk, sa façon de « se mettre en danger » et lui pose des questions intimes sur sa sexualité, auxquelles Gloria refuse de répondre. Gloria a du mal à supporter sa privation de liberté, mais sa rencontre avec Frances (Clara Ponsot), prétendument internée pour amnésie, lui donne plus de courage. Frances, très sûre d'elle et apparemment contente d'être là, commence à flirter avec elle. À sa sortie, Frances envoie plusieurs lettres d'amour enflammées à Gloria, alors que cette dernière ne lui envoie qu'une seule lettre de rupture. Quand Gloria sort finalement de l'hôpital, elle réintègre sa bande de punks et revoit Frances qui fait partie de la bande adverse de skins. Les deux tombent pourtant amoureuses l'une de l'autre et Frances suit la bande de Gloria pour quelque temps, même si elle ne s'y sent pas à l'aise. Frances finit par la quitter et Gloria part zoner seule dans la ville par dépit.

Surnommé le « chef des pauvres », Edmond Martin officie dans la cuisine d'une soupe populaire une fois par semaine. Lui-même est SDF depuis 18 ans, malgré ses réelles compétences en matière culinaire. Un soir, à l'issue d'un repas, ses amis de la cloche lui offrent un costume pour qu'il puisse rendre visite à sa fille qu'il n'a pas vue depuis qu'il est à la rue. Edmond Martin se décide enfin à rencontrer sa fille, qui a adopté le patronyme de sa mère, et se rend dans le palace où elle travaille. Là, il est pris pour le critique d'un prestigieux guide hôtelier.

Anita "Needy" Lesnicki, once an insecure and bookish teenager living near Devil's Kettle, Minnesota, is now a violent mental inmate who narrates the story as a flashback while in solitary confinement. One night, Jennifer takes Needy to a local dive bar to attend a concert by indie rock band Low Shoulder. Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) are two high school seniors who lament their virginity and poor social standing. Fogell goes in and successfully buys the alcohol, but is interrupted when a robber enters the store, punches him in the face, and takes money from the cash register.

During a glorious Southern California summer, high school student Benny King (Hopkins) is doing time flipping burgers.
