Slow Century is a two-disc DVD retrospective of the band Pavement filmed and compiled by filmmaker Lance Bangs. The first disc contains Slow Century itself, a 90-minute documentary with extensive interviews with the band members (as well as their friend Thurston Moore) and considerable live concert footage from across their career featuring throughout; indeed, the film concludes with the encore from their final live show, held in London in 1999. There is also a presentation subtitled Cinema Stars (written using a star symbol rather than the word "star") featuring all their videos, as well as alternate and rejected clips for three songs. Interspersed throughout are brief clips from home movies, television appearances and behind-the-scenes footage. The second disc is entirely composed of live footage with a full concert from Seattle, Washington (July 1999) and edited highlights from the group's second last ever show in Manchester (11/1999). Across the two discs, there is a total of six hours of footage. There is band member and director commentary on each video and multiple angles on the second disc, and it is presented in Dolby stereo.

Ce documentaire de la tournée américaine des Rolling Stones en1969, est devenu un symbole poignant de la disparition de l'époque "Peace and Love". Après une tournée couronnée de succès au travers des Etats-Unis, les Rolling Stones effectuent en décembre un concert gratuit à Altamont Speedway en Californie. Le groupe à choisi imprudemment les Hells Angels pour assurer la sécurité. Les motards ont recours à la violence pour maintenir en ordre une foule agitée, stone, et souvent nue. Le résultat: des dizaines de blessés et la mort à l'écran d'un jeune homme noir (pendant "Sympathy for the Devil") par un membre de la sécurité. De façon arrangée, mais efficace, les frères Maysles filment Mick Jagger dans la salle de montage regardant l'assassinat projeté pour la première fois. Le film fonctionne aussi comme un documentaire du rock-and-roll, capturant la bande pendant leur moments les plus détendus, enivrant, et électrisant.

Avec la sortie de Masada Live at Tonic 1999, Zorn et le réalisateur Antonio Ferrera visent à remédier à cela en sortant un set particulièrement chaud d'une nuit particulièrement chaude dans l'un des principaux terrains de jeu de Zorn, Tonic à New York. L'un des attraits de Tonic est sa petite taille. L'amplification est complètement inutile, et bien qu'il n'y ait pas de détails techniques répertoriés sur le DVD astucieusement emballé, le soupçon est qu'il s'agissait d'un enregistrement très simple - un certain nombre de micros de salle stratégiquement placés au-dessus de la scène et trois caméras à partir desquelles Ferrera capture comme autant que possible de l'énergie vivante qu'est Massada.

Last Days Here follows Bobby Liebling, lead singer of Pentagram, an Alexandria, Virginia-based heavy metal group founded in 1971 and active sporadically throughout the following four decades. At the film's outset, Liebling is in his 50s, living in his parents' basement, and addicted to drugs. After Pentagram's music is rediscovered by the heavy metal underground scene, Liebling begins to recover from his lifestyle. His friend and manager Sean "Pellet" Pelletier attempts to help Liebling overcome his drug addiction and escape his old life. The film ends in 2010 with Liebling and Pentagram returning to the stage and Liebling sober, married and his new wife expecting their first child.
