Prêt-à-Porter, released in the US as Ready to Wear (Prêt-à-Porter), is a 1994 American satirical comedy film co-written, directed, and produced by Robert Altman and shot location in Paris, France, Fashion Week with a host of international stars, models and designers. The film may be best known for its many cameo appearances and its final scene which features two minutes of nude female models walking the catwalk.
Synopsis
En mars 1994, c'est la semaine de la mode de Paris, avec le grand et le petit mondes qui gravitent autour. Tandis que la reporter Kitty Potter enchaîne les interview des stars de la mode, Olivier de la Fontaine, le président du syndicat du prêt-à-porter se retrouve dans une voiture de maître avec Sergio, un étrange personnage qui porte la même cravate que lui. Olivier meurt brusquement alors que la voiture est prise dans un embouteillage sur le pont Alexandre-III. Sergio s'enfuit en plongeant dans la Seine. Ni Isabelle, la veuve d'Olivier, ni Simone Lowenthal, dite Simone Lo, ne semblent regretter la mort d'Olivier sur laquelle enquêtent les inspecteurs Tantpis et Forget. Joe Flynn, reporter sportif qui allait quitter son hôtel, est prié par son journal d’enquêter sur ce mystérieux décès, mais au moment où il veut reprendre sa chambre, celle-ci vient d'être attribuée à l’énigmatique Anne Eisenhower qui a perdu ses bagages à Roissy.Actors

Dr. Sullivan Travis (aka "Dr. T.") On September 30, 1975, an all-female fan club called the Disciples of James Dean meets inside a Woolworth's five-and-dime store in McCarthy, Texas, to honor the twentieth anniversary of the actor's death. The store is 62 miles away from Marfa, where Dean filmed Giant in 1955. Inside, store owner Juanita prepares for another day on the job while swatting flies and listening to Gospel music on the radio, and also calls for Jimmy Dean by name. Meanwhile, one of the Disciples, Sissy, comes in late after helping out at the truck stop; Juanita remarks that more members could arrive at any moment. Another one, Mona, is taking a late bus.

A fleet of helicopters sprays for medflies, revealing all the characters along the path of their flight. Bearing similarities to Altman's 1975 film Nashville, along with a plotless structure, HealtH chronicles the progress of a health-food convention held at a luxury hotel in St Pete Beach, Florida. As the convention takes place, the members of an organization called HealtH hold a campaign to find out who will become its President. On May 8, 1938, the day Hitler visited Mussolini in Rome, Antonietta, a native and sentimental homemaker (Loren) stays home doing her usual domestic tasks, while her fascist husband and her six spoilt children take to the streets to follow the parade. The building is empty except for a neighbor across the complex (Mastroianni), a charming man named Gabriele. He is a radio broadcaster who has been dismissed from his job and is about to be deported to Sardinia because of his anti-fascist stance and his homosexuality. They meet by chance and began to talk. Antonietta is surprised by his opinions and, unaware of his sexual orientation, flirts with him.
