Rokkk (English translation: Banned) is a 2010 Bollywood horror film starring Tanushree Dutta and Udita Goswami. It is the first time that these two actresses star in a movie together. The movie is directed by Rajesh Ranshinge. It is based on supernatural thoughts and inevitable emotions. The movie does not contain any songs.
Synopsis
The story narrates two female protagonists Anushka (Tanushree Dutta) and Ahana (Udita Goswami). Ahana and Anushka are sisters. Anushka is married to an elderly man; Ravi (Sachin Khedekar). He is a widower and ties the knot with her after his first wife, Pooja's unknown and untimely death. Anushka's mother refuses to accept their marriage. The couple begin their journey in a new home purchased by Ravi 2 years ago. Anushka's life takes an unexpected twist. She tells this to her husband who thinks that she is only hallucinating and they decide to go back to their previous home, but the horror does not seem to stop in this house either. Anushka suspects that Pooja (Ravi's first wife) is behind all of these nerve-wracking incidents.Actors

Rehan (Mahaakshay Chakraborty) is sent to a mansion by his father, who is in the real estate business. The mansion's caretaker died two days ago, and the mansion is going to be sold off in ten days. Rehan's father suspects this as the doing of a rival real estate company, so he sends Rehan to investigate. He meets a rag-picker on the way who tells him that only he can do it. (It means that only he can stop the hauntings of the Glen Manor.) Mysterious things happen that night. Rehan sees a girl playing piano who vanishes when the door is opened; a book drops from a bookshelf on its own and Rehan finds a letter inside. The letter, written by Meera (Tia Bajpai), tells her story from 1936 when her parents left for Delhi and left her alone with her nanny Margaret (Achint Kaur), a servant and a driver. In the absence of her parents, her piano teacher Iyar (Arif Zakaria) tries to rape her. However, she saves herself by hitting Iyer with a candle stand on his head, which results in his death. Soon, the police corroborate Meera's story, as they find explicit sketches of her in Iyar's house. However, Iyer returns in the form of an evil spirit, killing both the servants and the nanny by cutting their heads. The spirit rapes Meera repeatedly, which leads her to commit suicide, but even after her death her spirit is tortured and trapped in the mansion by the evil spirit.

The story follows Rahul (Jimmy Shergill), a young businessman who comes back from the U.S. to patch things up with his girlfriend Preeti (Kaveri Jha). The storyline revolves around Shivam (Emraan Hashmi), a heart broken and introvert atheist, gangster, and right-hand man of Malik (Ashutosh Rana), officially a businessman who runs a chain of hotels in Hong Kong. Scientist Rohit Mehra lives with his son Krishna "Krrish" Mehra (both played by Hrithik Roshan) in Mumbai. Krishna is married to Priya (Priyanka Chopra) who works as a journalist for Aaj Tak. Rohit works in a research institute for the Indian government and Krishna, while moon lighting as the superhero Krrish, is regularly fired from various day jobs due to lack of attendance. Rohit is researching on a device that will bring life to dead tissues by the use of solar energy. Despite several attempts, he fails to complete the experiment due to the high intensity of sun rays. On a usual day, Krishna loses his job from the security wing of a company when he hears news about an aeroplane whose front tyres are stuck due to some malfunctioning which creates high risk, even if landed, it may explode and so will the passengers inside. Krishna immediately changes himself to Krrish and saves the plane from accident by holding the component to make tyres free to roam.
