Synopsis
Sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood live a charmed life along with their mother and ailing sister, enjoying the benefits of their beloved father's wealth in a luxurious lifestyle. All of that changes when their father is indicted by the FBI for swindling millions. When they recover from the shock of his crimes, they find their family fortune is gone and the Dashwood name and reputation are ruined from the recent scandal. Left alone to struggle to stay afloat, the Dashwood girls try to make it on their own in life, in work, and in love.Actors

Rachel White (Ginnifer Goodwin) is a single attorney working in a New York law firm. After too many drinks on her 30th birthday, Rachel grabs a cab with her friend, Dex (Colin Egglesfield) and playfully reveals she has had a crush on him since law school. Abby Morrison has lived a sheltered life. She has an imaginary boyfriend Sy since she was five; it was all because she never had her parents and real friends with her. She asks Sy to leave for good and for the very first time she joins her parents in their weird work (decorating the tombstones they made for themselves). Quinn,after seeking advice from his roommate and cousin, searches for Abby and while looking for her in a club he once took her to, he finds a portrait of himself painted by Abby and notices an image in the background of Abby at the rink. He finds her there and kisses her.
