Synopsis
L'intrigue du film fait référence au crash de l'avion Tu-154M du 10 avril 2010 à Smolensk et vise à présenter l'histoire de personnes rassemblées autour de cet événement et touchées par la tragédie. L'héroïne de l'histoire est la journaliste Nina, qui cherche à découvrir la vérité sur la catastrophe. Au début, elle est sceptique quant à la théorie de l'assassinat. Son attitude toutefois change au cours des entretiens avec les membres de la famille des victimes de la catastrophe. Elle parle entre autres avec la veuve du général Andrzej Błasik et les parents d'un des pilotes. À un moment où Nina commence à évoquer les questions soulevées par les partisans de la théorie du coup d'Etat, son supérieur hiérarchique la met en garde. Plus tard, Nina apprend le décès de témoins clés de la catastrophe. Selon le film, ils se sont suicidés dans des circonstances obscures. Lors de son séjour aux États-Unis, Nina participe à une réunion de Gazeta Polska au cours de laquelle elle rencontre d'autres personnes qui croient en la théorie de l'assassinat. C'est alors qu'elle apprend la possibilité d'une explosion à bord de l'avion.Actors

Tom (Grant Bowler) and Tori (Evalena Marie) are employees at the fictional Silver Star Casino in Reno. On a slow day at the tables, Tom convinces Tori to join him in a stock room for a sexual encounter. At the same time a news report is airing about "Peace Day", a day when the entire world's supply of nuclear weapons is set to be destroyed. Something goes wrong during the event and a nuclear blast occurs, knocking out power to the casino and trapping Tom and Tori behind an electronic lock. When the power is restored they find the casino trashed and people gone, except for an old lady in a power chair who attacks Tori. After dispatching the old lady with a chair leg, they encounter magician's assistant Jensen (Miko Hughes). He tells them that he turned the power back on and that he isn't sure what happened. Tom and Jensen go up front to check the casino security cameras while Tori goes to the front door to look outside. Tom and Jensen see Victor (Anthony Marks) outside throwing a man to the zombies to save himself. Victor bolts into the casino and demands to be let in. Jensen lets him in and takes him to a bathroom to clean up while Tom and Tori decide to start trapping the other zombies in the casino.

Two crime lords, Virgil Vadalos (Berenger), a wealthy Greek mafia boss and an MS-13 leader meet in a bathhouse to discuss business. A Lebanese drug dealer arrives in Genoa and Vice-Commissioner Belli (Nero) soon tracks him down. After a long car chase, Belli manages to arrest him. However, when the prisoner is being taken to the police station, the police car is bombed before it reaches its target. The Lebanese and four policemen die in the hit, but Belli survives. Belli then goes to Cafiero (Rey), an old-fashioned gangster who claims to have transformed into a peaceful gardener, to question about the bombing and it turns out that there is a new player in town. Cafiero decides to take care of the new gang before the police get to them. His task turns out to be more difficult when his trusted man, Rico (Daniel Martín), turns out to be a mole working for the unknown new gangsters.

In the Canadian wilderness, people have been mysteriously disappearing every year which is being investigated by Ranger Barry (Jason London). Minneapolis car salesman Jerry Lundegaard (William H. Macy) is desperate for money.
