Synopsis
La riche photographe Gage Sullivan, devenue paparazzi pour se faire de l'argent, est elle-même harcelée et photographiée par un inconnu. L'affaire l'inquiète au point qu'elle engage les services d'un « ange gardien », Nick Angel, et fait renforcer la sécurité de sa maison. Son assistante, Casey Roper, disparaît, et Gage reçoit des photos de son meurtre. A l'insu de son garde du corps, elle engage un tueur, Gadger, pour se venger. Parallèlement, elle se rapproche de Nick et ils deviennent presque intimes, mais il est assassiné sous ses yeux par Gadger. Kirk et Ramirez, deux agents du FBI, mènent l'enquête.Actors

The film opens with a disturbed woman (Doherty) trying to bury a shirt covered in blood, and then checking into a motel under a fake ID, 'Julie Summerfield'. She is quickly located by two detectives (Feore and D'Aquila), who reveal her true identity, Gage Sullivan. Gage then reveals that she is a freelance photographer with desires of becoming a news photographer, though eventually becomes a paparazzi because it earns more money and she happens to be good at it (despite despising the job). Soon, she starts being harassed by an unknown person who photographs her. Furthermore, he breaks into her house and leaves traces of his presence to scare her. Gage warns the police, but they are not too invested with her reports. She decides to focus on her job, cheating her way into a private health club where she catches soap opera star April Indigo (Green) snorting cocaine. As she uses the help of her assistant Casey Roper (Gorski) to leave the party, she becomes the target of her stalker yet again, as he follows her as she leaves and takes photographs of her.

Kate has been working a job she doesn't like and saving up to go to medical school. She discovers she's pregnant. Her boyfriend is of good conduct, but she and her boyfriend Paul disagree with her decision not to settle down. She drives all day to David's place, her best friend since childhood. She learns the next day that Paul has died in a factory fire. She reaches the factory. It appears as though Paul ought not have been at the factory and appears suicidal. Years later Kate has moved on with her life and her new boyfriend is David. She has chosen to raise the child who has grown to be a four-year-old whom she has named Meghan after her mother. Kate gets admission to an accounting school. David asks her why she's settled for accountancy when she wanted to go to medical school. They have a minor argument in which she accuses David didn't do much with his life either. Kate and David are getting over up by the Meghan plays too close to the river. David talks about conversations he's had with her that Kate doesn't remember. Meghan is swept away by the river current. David jumps into the gushing current to save her. Kate follows and jumps in too. Kate gets separated.
