Synopsis
Une jeune Allemande, Ariane, quitte sa troupe de danse et choisit d'être strip-teaseuse. Elle gagne argent et notoriété. Un riche play-boy, Jean-Loup, s'éprend follement d'elle, en fait sa maîtresse, la comble de cadeaux et de bijoux. Il l'emmène dans le château familial où ses parents vont la « juger ». Il déclare vouloir épouser Ariane, mais montre ses photos de strip-teaseuse, Ariane, révoltée, s'enfuit. Un soir, elle se déshabille en scène et jette à Jean-Loup tous ses bijoux. Elle reprend le chemin difficile mais exaltant de la vraie danse.Actors

Gueule d'ange est un gigolo, seul l'argent l'intéresse et il fuit toute responsabilité, ainsi quand Marie, sa petite amie lui annonce qu'elle est enceinte, il devient si odieux qu'il se fait jeter et ne réagit pas quand la jeune fille se retrouve à l'hôpital après s'être jeté sous les roues d'une voiture. Entendant parler d'un homme qui s'est fait humilier par sa maîtresse, il cherche à rencontrer cette femme. C'est Loïna, directrice d'un magasin d'antiquité de luxe mais qui fait aussi en parallèle du trafic de faux tableaux. Les deux personnages se toisent mais finissent par sympathiser et comprendre ce que chacun peut apporter à l'autre. Gueule d'ange utilise son charme pour appâter de riches bourgeoises et leur vendre de faux tableaux, cela jusqu'au jour où il tombe sur une experte en art qui le démasque. Délaissant les tableaux il s'essaie aux faux bijoux mais se fait à nouveau démasquer par une riche comtesse.

Bernard Lawrence (Tony Curtis) is an American journalist stationed in Paris, France. A playboy, he has devised an ingenious system for juggling three different girlfriends: by dating stewardesses who are assigned to international routes on non-intersecting flight schedules, only one woman is in the country at any given time. In the opening scene, twenty-four-year-old Alice Ayres (Natalie Portman) and Dan Woolf (Jude Law) see each other for the first time from opposite sides of a street as they are walking toward each other among many other rush hour pedestrians. Alice is a young American stripper who just arrived in London, and Dan is an unsuccessful British author who is on his way to work where he writes obituaries for a newspaper. Alice looks in the wrong direction as she crosses the street and is hit by a taxi cab right in front of Dan's eyes. After he rushes to her side she smiles to him and says, "Hello, stranger." He takes her to the hospital where Alice is treated and released. Afterward, on the way to his office, they stop by Postman's Park, the same park that he and his father visited after his mother's death. Pausing in front of the office before he leaves her and goes to work, he reminds her that traffic in England tends to come on from the right, and on impulse, he asks her for her name. They soon become lovers.

Three years after abandoning his life as a stripper, Mike (Channing Tatum) is now running his own furniture business. Later, while trying to work, Mike overhears a song he used to strip to and dances. Reinvigorated, Mike decides to join them on their trip.
