The Stooges are conmen who are selling phony racing forms to everyone especially they sold one to a man which he said that the racing form was expired and the stooges stole his money and threatens to call the cops. After evading the policeman they help a destitute mother and her daughter by utilizing the money from the child's piggy bank, and ultimately winning a horse race. Riding high on their win, the boys come across two swindlers who trick them into buying retired race horse, Seabasket (a play on Seabiscuit). Broke again, the Stooges start taking care of the old horse, with Curly managing to accidentally swallow a Vitamin Z pill meant for the horse. However, the error allows Curly to give birth to a colt, which they crown as another winning race horse. Directed by Del LordOrigin USAGenres ComedyThemes Buddy filmsActors Moe Howard,

The Stooges run the Jive Cafe, and are in heavy debt. They reluctantly take a second job hanging posters (à la Three Little Twirps), earning a penny for each poster hung. Moe takes notice of one particular poster advertising a cow milking contest that pays $100 to the winner. Without hesitation, Moe and Larry nominate Curly for the contest, and go about looking for a cow to practice milking on. As luck would have it, they find a "cow" (a bull) right behind the fence. Curly is no match for the wild animal, and boots Curly up onto a telephone pole. Directed by Jack CummingsOrigin USAGenres ComedyThemes Buddy filmsActors Ted Healy,

The Stooges are children and Ted Healy is the father. Unable to sleep, the Stooges ask Healy to tell them a bedtime story. He proceeds to tell them of the "Ride of Paul Revere" as well as the "The Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe". Briefly veering away from the slapstick, there are two musical interludes pertaining to the stories. Directed by Charley Chase,

The trio are firemen (a la 1936's False Alarms) at an engine company that still employs horse-powered engines. Sleazy salesman Mr. Reardon (Dick Curtis) fails to convince Fire Chief Kelly (Chester Conklin) that horse-powered engines are on the way out. His ideas are rejected, and he's sent on his way. The Stooges begin their day by getting the alarm clock mixed up with the station's alarm. Their antics amuse their fellow fire fighters. Curly tries to invent an automatic harness for the horses that doesn't work very well. Afterwards, the Stooges are put in charge of getting the horses ready for a contest for the best looking team at their company picnic later that day. Directed by Jack CummingsOrigin USAGenres Comedy,

Ted Healy and his Stooges are entertainers. But because Healy is much more interested in women than he is in performing, they are thrown out of the Happy Hour Theatre. Unable to keep a job anywhere else, they are reduced to waiting tables at a high-class restaurant. This, of course, ends up being a disaster as the restaurant is thrown into chaos because of them. So, yet again, they are thrown back out on to the streets. Directed by Jules WhiteOrigin USAGenres ComedyThemes Buddy filmsActors Moe Howard,

The Stooges must get their future father-in-law (John Tyrrell) out of jail. Apparently, the father is a prison warden who has been overthrown and put behind bars by the local mafia. The Stooges manage to sneak into the prison, find the father-in-law to be, and start snapping as many incriminating photos of the mafia's party as possible. As a result, the real crooks are served justice, and the Stooges marry their sweethearts.
