Circuit 3 was released recently on DVD in Australia by Universal in a DVD box with all three Circuit movies as the Circuit Complete Collection. It is region 4, PAL.
Synopsis
The film picks up where Dirk Longstreet left off in part 2. It seems like his girlfriend did not survive that coma she was put in by that film's villain, and Dirk has given up, living a nomadic lifestyle completely off the grid out of his van, searching for the next great wave to ride. He supplements this lifestyle through illegal underground fighting, which we see at the beginning. Anyway, while surfing, a young girl who was sold by her step-dad to white slavers escapes to the beach, Gruner saves her, and a bond forms. When she's captured, Gruner must fight again to save her. Of course, what he does not know is his wife is actually alive, but his off-the-grid life means no one can tell him.Actors

Tony is the new kid at school. Right off the bat, he befriends gang leader Young and his friends Mark, Frank, and Darrin. However, after bumping into Young's rival Chan, he gets threatened. Young challenges Chan to a fight and defeats him using a wooden sword to Chan's staff. Two mysterious people show up and offer Young and his friends a job for a private security agency. When the boys aren't in school, they pull security at a party. They get into fights with the Spikes Gang, a racist gang and the Blades, a Latino gang. Meanwhile, Tony starts a romance with Lily, who just happens to be Chan's sister and that just makes Chan even more upset and at the same time, Young seems jealous that Tony has found love where Young feels alone due to his mother's constant drinking and promiscuity. He sees Tony as a brother and when he sees him with Lily, it makes his upset.

Lee Reyes plays Hiro, Master Tetsu's (Pat Morita)'s grandnephew, who is the last of the true ninja. His granduncle sends him to apprentice under Joe Kastle, (David Bradley), who is the American Ninja, to gain experience. It is revealed that Lisa is the daughter of a scientist, under the employ of Glock (Clement von Franckenstein), who is being forced to develop a nerve gas for a Latin American despot. Before the American Ninja and Hiro can rescue Lisa and her father from "Viper", the mysterious ninja that appears and reappears with a puff of smoke, the American Ninja must reawaken the ancient ninja tradition within Hiro with a 5-minute training montage. Viper is defeated in a climactic airplane battle scene, and Joe returns to Los Angeles to kiss Lisa on the bow of his boat.

After returning home from South Korea to great acclaim, three members of the U.S. National Karate Team (Tommy Lee, Alex Grady, and Travis Brickley) set up their own martial arts studio in Las Vegas.
