The Collector (Finnish: Neitoperho) is a 1997 Finnish drama film directed by Auli Mantila. The film was selected as the Finnish entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 70th Academy Awards, but was not accepted as a nominee.

A young, rebellious Dutch woman (Lotte Verbeek) walks the trails of Ireland, vagabond by choice, enjoying the solitude she was looking for in the austere landscape of Connemara, in County Galway. Martin (Stephen Rea) is an older man, living a solitary life in a secluded house on a beautiful island. She is radical and uncompromising. He is wise and ironic.
