The Romance of an Old Maid is a 1912 American short film directed by Otis Turner and starring King Baggot, Rolinda Bainbridge (in the title role) and Gladys Egan. It was produced by the Independent Moving Pictures (IMP) Company of New York.

Synopsis

Ruth Dayton rencontre Frank Rogers, un veuf, et sa fille Lucille. Elle va aider Frank à se sortir de son alcoolisme et à retrouver une situation. Il finira par tomber amoureux d'elle et elle pourra ainsi prendre soin de lui et de sa fille.
