The film represents the directorial debut of Enzo Barboni, that was, until then, a respected cinematographer. He replaced Ferdinando Baldi, who was fired by the producer Manolo Bolognini because of his insistence in wanting to engage the actress Annabella Incontrera in the role of Sheila.
Synopsis
When a violent gang robs a bank, they also commit arson because the diversion eases their getaway. While the local prison is burning, four of its inmates profit from the general turmoil too. Among the four escapees is Ciakmull, a young man suffering with amnesia, who only remembers about his previous life that he has been home in the town Oxaca. For lack of a better idea all the fugitives go there. It shows that Ciakmull is not forgotten in Oxaca. Lion Udo, the father of one of the bankrobbers, recognises Ciakmull. He, whose clan has a feud with Ciakmull's family, takes advantage of his condition by turning him against his own kin. Before this plan works out, Ciakmull is warned on time by one of his fellow fugitives. Ciakmull contacts his half-brother Alan and his father John Caldwell. Only then he learns what caused his amnesia and why he'd ended up in prison. It was Alan who once mistreated Ciakmull and ran a scheme to put him away. He hates Ciakmull since he knows that Ciakmull is not the son of John Caldwell, but the child of a rapist.Actors

"Renegade" Luke (Hill), a drifter and petty con artist, lives a free and easy life with no responsibility travelling around the Southwestern United States in his Jeep CJ Renegade with a chestnut colt named Joe Brown. Trinity (Terence Hill) comes into view accompanied by the movie's theme song, being dragged around in a travois by his horse. He is filthy, yet seems perfectly content as the horse drags him across the desert and through water crossings. Wilbur Walsh (Bud Spencer) and Matt Kirby (Terence Hill) are in Miami, looking for work as longshoremen, but the area is managed by shady dealers who refuse to give them a job, after which the dealers are beaten up and have three of their cars wrecked in the process. Walsh and Kirby meet up and then leave the dock, tired of looking for a job. Matt is particularly intrigued by the closed nature of Wilbur, who tries to avoid it in any way. Bull Webster est un chauffeur de taxi sans le sou dont la petite entreprise va être absorbée par une grande société concurrente. Par chance, il gagne à la loterie 150 millions de dollars. Ainsi, aussi bien la diablesse que l'ange perdent leurs pouvoirs surnaturels et deviennent de communs mortels travaillant pour Bull qui, grâce à l'argent de la loterie, transforme sa compagnie en grosse société de transport de limousines.
