Synopsis
Inspecteur d'une importante compagnie d'assurances, Clint de La Roche, dit « le vicomte », passe d'agréables vacances sur le littoral espagnol en compagnie de quelques jolies filles et de son assistant, Billette, lorsqu'il est rappelé d'urgence à Paris pour enquêter sur un vol commis dans une banque. Le directeur de l'établissement s'est fait dérober la clé qui commande le système de sécurité par une certaine Tania. Mais celle-ci trouve la mort dans un attentat à la voiture piégée. Clint ne tarde pas malgré tout à découvrir que derrière cette affaire se cache une rivalité entre les bandes de Rico Barone et Marco Demoygne, qui luttent pour contrôler le marché de la drogue.Actors

L'invention que tout le monde recherche est définitivement du type science-fiction. C'est une pince à cravate spéciale qui, lorsqu'elle est utilisée avec une paire de lentilles de contact infrarouges, permet à l'utilisateur de voir à travers les murs ! Le type qui les a volés au professeur en fait bon usage en les portant en jouant au poker et en nettoyant ! Il devrait penser plus grand. La première chose que fait Roger lorsqu'il découvre cette petite nouveauté est de s'en servir pour espionner sa copine en train de s'habiller ! C'est plus comme ça. Ce film fait vraiment le tour. Nous voyageons de la Riviera à Genève à Paris à Casablanca (la Casbah pas moins), et à Copenhague. Nous avons même droit à une visite de la brasserie Tuborg. Il y a une fusillade prolongée entre les réservoirs de bière géants.

Several American GIs plan an escape from a German prisoner-of-war camp. Among them is a German, Lt. Hans von Kroner, known to them as Sgt. Young J. Quincy Pennant is a brilliant but absent minded scientist who has come up with an amazing theory. Scientist Jean Karl Michael invents a death ray which, according to him, is for peaceful purposes. He arranges to demonstrate the ray to a group of European NATO representatives. As he is demonstrating it, a group of enemy agents disguised as NATO officials steals the death ray, kidnap the scientist, and escape by car under the cover of night. Following a pursuit and gun battle, they escape by helicopter which lands on a submarine and is discarded as the submarine submerges. About to go on vacation, Agent Bart Fargo is given the assignment, by his boss, of retrieving the death ray and saving the scientist. He travels to Madrid on a lead to find an evil organization that may be behind this. Rooting out a nest of spies in an ever-enclosing trail, Bart Fargo meets a lady when he hides in her house from the opposition and befriends an enemy agent who later helps him to stop the evil organization.
