Two Against the World is a 1936 drama film starring Humphrey Bogart, Beverly Roberts, and Linda Perry. The movie is based on the play Five Star Final by Louis Weitzenkorn and is a remake of a film of the same name starring Edward G. Robinson, although the setting has been moved from a newspaper office to a radio station which revives the memory of a twenty-year-old murder case, resulting in tragic consequences. The film is also known as One Fatal Hour.

Synopsis

Le propriétaire d'une station de radio en difficulté, affin d'augmenter son audience, relance une ancienne affaire sous la forme d'un feuilleton. Les émissions créent des problèmes à la femme qui avait été initialement acquittée. Elle a eu une fille qui doit épouser un riche industriel, et la mise au grand jour des anciennes affaires menace le projet de mariage.
