Waris Jari Hantu (The Ghastly Heir) is a 2007 Malay-language horror film in Malaysia. This film is directed by Suhaimi Baba. At the 20th Malaysia Film Festival it's actor, Rusdi Ramli, won The Best Actor award.
Synopsis
Tok Wan Rimau, the custodian of the spiritual tiger, is searching for a female heir to inherit her powers. Tina (Maya Karin) and Ari (Rusdi Ramli) are the relatives of Tok Wan. They are also best friends. Tok Wan's spiritual tiger protects her family and their village from harm. Tina, who is in love with Ari, nurtures her secret dream of marrying him even though the villagers often ridicule the effeminate Ari as a sissy. Deeply traumatised by these insults, Ari continues to hide behind his close relationship with Tina. Despite parental objections, Tina seems destined to be the next in line as custodian of the mystical tiger. But Ari steps in, offering himself instead.Actors

Jerilee Randall (Pia Zadora) is an innocent schoolgirl living in the San Fernando Valley area of California with dreams of becoming a famous screenwriter. In 1974, at the Glensville Sanatorium, West Virginia, Dr. Brendan Ryan (Arne MacPherson) shows local psychiatrist named Dr. Ann Marie McQuaid (Kristen Harris) around the psychiatric hospital. He shows his three deformed patients, Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye (are called themselves as The Hillickers), who all have the ability to sustain injury and not feel it. While Dr. Ryan and Dr. McQuaid move on, one of the mental patients grabs Dr. McQuaid's hair and rips out her hair clip, which she does not notice. The patient gives the hair clip to Saw Tooth. The Hillickers use the clip to pick the lock and escape from their cells. They release the other patients and together they kill the orderlies and the doctors, including McQuaid and Ryan.

Smith is an 18-year-old film student who identifies sexually as "undeclared". He has been having strange dreams. Peter Neal, an American writer of violent horror novels, is in Italy to promote his latest work, Tenebrae. He is accompanied by his literary agent, Bullmer and his assistant, Anne. Miriam Blaylock (Catherine Deneuve) is a beautiful and dangerous immortal vampire, promising specially chosen humans eternal life as her vampire lovers. As the film begins, her vampire companion is John (David Bowie), a talented cellist whom she married in 18th century France. The film opens in a night club in New York, to a live performance from Bauhaus.
