Synopsis
Helen McNichol (Tania Raymonde), a high school senior, is in love with Stanford Prescott (Ryan Merriman), her jock boyfriend, as well as has decided to give it all up to him. At least until she learns that her name is written in the high school football team's secret Bang Book and it is Stanford's job to deflower her. The tables are turned and the battle begins when she and her two best friends Katelyn Chase and Trish Van Doren (Rumer Willis and Kristin Cavallari) form a pact to maintain their virginity, embarrass the team and foil the plot against them. Helen gets Standford by ramming him off of a go-cart track and then She along with Katelyn and Trish trick him and his two best friends (Who are also Katelyn and Trish's boyfriends) into accidentally making out with each other. Then eventually at a party they slip a sex pill into the punch and gives Standford and his friends a Raging Boner. Helen then confronts Katelyn and Trish about the sex pills and blames them for everything and then visits Standford at the hospital tries to apologize and make it up to him, but he turns her down and tells her to go away. Heartbroken about her breakup with Standford, Helen at first decides not to go his football game, but after a talk with her father Nathan (Rob Schneider) about how people make mistakes in life, she changes her mind. At the football game Helen apologizes to Katelyn and Trish and they forgive her, however, Standford's team is losing the game. During Halftime Helen takes the microphone and apologizes for everything and helps Standford and his team into realizing why they are losing and Standford forgives her. When the next match comes, Standford and his team follow Helen's advice and beat the other team. Everyone then goes to the victory party where Helen and Standford finally have Sex. The film ends with Helen coming home after the party and sees Nathan sitting on a closed toilet playing a trombone through the window in which she smiles at.Actors

Erik Stifler (John White) has a difficult time living up to his family name. He is Steve and Matt Stifler's cousin. He is perhaps the only Stifler about to graduate from high school as a virgin. The film opens with Erik feigning illness so that he can stay home and masturbate. Unfortunately, just as he is about to ejaculate, his parents and grandmother unexpectedly walk into the door and are hit with Erik's semen, after which his grandmother dies of a heart attack. Erik's dad later surmises that, as a Stifler, his son should be out having sex instead of masturbating. Erik's girlfriend of two years, Tracy (Jessy Schram), loves him, but is not ready for intercourse. Tracy decides to have sex, their first attempt goes horribly wrong, and she backs out of trying again.

Van Wilder (Jonathan Bennett) has graduated from high school. He is supposed to go on a trip to Amsterdam with his dad (Linden Ashby), but his dad is busy with work, so Van ends up going alone. Kyle Johnson (Ryan Merriman), a popular basketball player in junior high school who has never known about his heritage, one day realizes that someone has stolen his lucky gold coin. Strange things start to happen to Kyle, his ears become pointed, his hair starts turning orange, and he starts to become shorter. Kyle then returns home one day to find that his mom has shrunk to six inches. The truth is then revealed to Kyle: his family is made up of Leprechauns. Kyle is only half leprechaun, since his dad is from Cleveland. It also turns out that the gold coin he wore was the O'Reilly—Kyle's mother's maiden name—lucky coin. A magic coin, when in the possession of the youngest family member, allows all the leprechauns in the family to pass as normal human beings. But since the coin is gone, the family is down on their luck now, and reverting to their true forms.

Erik Stifler and Mike "Cooze" Coozeman arrive at the University of Michigan as freshmen. Upon arriving at his dorm, Erik meets a girl named Ashley while she is taking a shower in the coed bathrooms. He then meets his new roommate Bobby and his girlfriend Margie while they are having sex. Erik eventually reunites with his cousin, Dwight Stifler, the leader of the Beta House fraternity, who invites Erik, Cooze, and Bobby to a Beta House party. They learn how they can gain eligibility to pledge for the Beta House and meet Wesley, the rush chair of the Beta House who experiences blackouts after drinking alcohol. Erik and Ashley begin dating, but on their first date at a restaurant, Erik accidentally spills hot soup on his legs, so Ashley brings him to her room to clean up. As Ashley rubs lotion on Erik's thigh, he develops an erection and accidentally ejaculates over her possessions. Erik apologizes and explains to Ashley that his girlfriend Tracy broke up with him, and he has not had sex in four months.

As the opening credits roll, a band called Flux, apparently with no singer, starts to play at a nightclub. Among the audience is a girl named Courtney Lane (Tammin Sursok). Interspersed with the scenes of the band playing, singer Nikko Alexander (Nolan Gerard Funk) calmly walks into the club through the back, barely making his cue for "Don't Tell Me". At the end of the song, he kicks over one of the amps, destroying it for effect. After the performance, the other members of Flux, upset by his carelessness, kick him out of the band; Nikko's girlfriend Amy (Britt Irvin), who is also in the band, dumps him. After the band members leave, Courtney frantically attempts to recruit Nikko into a show choir named "Spectacular!," of which she is leader. Though Nikko is skeptical and condescendingly rejects her offer, Courtney begs him to come to a carnival to see the choir perform and then make his decision.
