The womaniser Kitosch takes with good humour the whipping dealt to him by boss Don Jaime after he has fondled the wife of the foreman. When he finds Kitosch in a compromising situation with his own wife the Don brands Kitosch, so "he doesn't forget who is the boss.” Kitosch leaves but is caught and beaten. Next time he draws a hidden knife and uses it to get a gun, but the horse the he also takes is shot from under him.

Martial arts expert Ho Chiang journeys to America's Wild West in order to retrieve his late uncle Wang's missing fortune. Ho must free his uncle's murderer, Dakota (frequent Spaghetti Western star Lee Van Cleef), the only man who knows Wang's final resting place. Upon recovering the body, the pair discovers clues pointing to buried treasure. Notes on the dead man's body promise that the location of the treasure will be illuminated by a map, divided for security into four segments, each one tattooed on the buttocks of one of the uncle's four mistresses. Armed with photographs of the women, Ho and Dakota form an uneasy alliance and set out in search of the map tattoos and the promised riches.

One day Sam Clayton (Jack Palance) and his gang arrive in the small town of Juno City where Father John (Lee van Cleef) is the priest of the town church. After having a little bit of fun that involves raping a woman and knifing a man in the back, the gang leaves town, only to be caught by the fearless but unarmed Father John. That night the murderer is broken out of gaol. Vowing revenge, the gang guns him down on the steps of his church and then set about taking control of the town while waiting for the stagecoach. However, little Johnny O'Hara (Leif Garrett) manages to escape with a couple of their horses and rides off to Mexico in the hope of finding the priest's gunfighter brother (also played by Lee van Cleef). They soon meet and set off back across the border to clean up the town. Meanwhile Clayton discovers that he is Johnny's father. Also, some fifteen years prior during the Civil War, Jenny O'Hara (Sybil Danning) had been one of Clayton's victims, adding to the mystique of the situation — as well as to the question of little Johnny's paternity — and now, enhancing the plot, Clayton takes to the idea of being a father.

Afterwards she tells him that no one has touched her before – now they introduce themselves. He says that she is just a one-night whore to him and warns her to gamble in his territory again. She replies that he has not heard the last.
