Eddie Kramer is a fictional character from the American lifeguard series Baywatch. He was played by Billy Warlock from the beginning, in 1989, to 1992, as well as in a 1995 episode of Baywatch Nights, and the 2003 reunion movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.Eddie began life on Baywatch as a teenager with a complicated background. Being an orphan, he learnt from a very early age to defend himself - a theory that got him into trouble quite a few times while in his first year on Baywatch. Over the course of his first year he shows signs that he likes to keep himself fit and likes to box. This helps him in some situations, but it also hinders his progress within Baywatch. Eddie is homeless during this time and is helped out by fellow Lifeguard Craig Pomeroy (Parker Stevenson). Eddie managed to secure a place of his own towards the start of his second term. Throughout the years he embarked on a very famous relationship with Shauni McClain (Erika Eleniak). The two would fall madly in love, eventually marrying one another and moving to Australia at the start of their third term. This was an on-screen relationship that turned real for a period.
Warlock played Eddie in all 44 episodes in the first and second seasons, as well as in the first two episodes of the third season. In Season 2 (1990) Billy was moved from a regular cast member to supporting lead (Replacing Parker Stevenson who departed as Craig Pomeroy). A move in which he would remain until his departure in 1992. Warlock would later explain, he had been unhappy the direction Baywatch had taken and this was his reason for departing the show.

Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff) was believed to have died in a boating accident at the end of the 10th season of Baywatch. However, it turns out he only had amnesia and has been recovering in a Los Angeles hospital. His new fiancée, Allison Ford (Alexandra Paul), resembles his old lover, Lt. Stephanie Holden (also played by Alexandra Paul), who died during the seventh season of Baywatch. However, she is cooperating with an old nemesis of Mitch's, the still undead Mason Sato (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) from the second season, to get revenge on Mitch.
