Adrienne Eliza Bailon (/ˈbaɪlɔːn/; born October 24, 1983) is an American singer-songwriter, actress, dancer, and television personality. Bailon first became publicly known when she rose to fame as a founding member and lead singer of both 3LW (1999–2007) and The Cheetah Girls (2003–2008).
Aside from her work in 3LW and The Cheetah Girls, Bailon went on to develop her own acting career with roles in The Cheetah Girls films, Coach Carter and the MTV film All You've Got. Aside from her work in film, she has also guest starred in numerous television series including the Disney series That's So Raven and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Bailon has established a solo music career, contributing two solo tracks including, "What If", to The Cheetah Girls: One World soundtrack as well as the Confessions of a Shopaholic soundtrack, and other numerous guest musical ventures.
Since July 2013, Bailon has been one of the hosts of The Real talk show along with Tamar Braxton, Jeannie Mai, Loni Love, and Tamera Mowry.
Throughout a career spanning 16 years, her careers with both 3LW and The Cheetah Girls has helped Bailon sell a combined 5.6 million albums worldwide.
On February 5, 2015, Bailon announced via Instagram and on an episode of The Real, that she is engaged to her longtime boyfriend and music executive at Jay-Z's Roc Nation label, Lenny Santiago. In September 2015, the couple split and they called off their engagement.
Bailon is a Christian. When asked "Do you relate with I'm in Love with a Church Girl and not get involve with the sins and craziness that Hollywood is all about?", she replied:
I think I’ve definitely tried. No one is left without a sin. Everyone sin [sic] in their own different ways. Never judge one person’s sins to be greater and lesser than your own. One thing I’m so grateful for was my foundation in faith. It kept me away from a lot of things like drugs that I never had an interest. I always had my faith in God. My relationship with God helped me to get along not to get caught up in those things.

On January 26, 2015, Bailon announced on The Real the reason behind why she had not released her debut solo album. She stated that she was "scared to fail" and that she did not like the sound of her own voice because of the fact that executives at Disney praised the fact that she sounded "so young". Wealthy drug dealer, Miles Montego, meets a nice Christian girl, Vanessa Leon, at a mutual friend's house, and the two hit it off and start a relationship. Miles tells Vanessa that he used to be a drug dealer but now wants to change his life. At first she is reluctant but accepts it assuming that he will start having faith in God, but unknown to Miles a few DEA agents are watching him and his friends and plan on taking them down. With Galleria at the University of Cambridge in England, Chanel (Adrienne Bailon), Dorinda (Sabrina Bryan), and Aqua (Kiely Williams) are cast in the lavish new Bollywood movie "Namaste Bombay". Set against the backdrop of New Mexico, the film follows a boy who moves because of his father's job and becomes involved with a group of teens attempting to preserve the buffalo and Navajo traditions. Along the way he makes friends and learns important lessons about life. The movie teaches about a few Navajo traditions. In the end the boy, Josh, while in a biking race learns that the nearby buffalo herd are stampeding and threatening his home town. Josh rallies both his friends and rivals to end the stampede. As a result, he is made an honorary member of the Navajo tribe and gains the name Rides With Wind while befriending his former enemy Thomas Blackhorse, forming a pact with him to keep the reservation safe for as long as they can.

A four-member teen girl group named the Cheetah Girls go to a Manhattan high school for the performing arts and try to become the first freshmen with AIRPORT to win the talent show in the school's history.
