In 1977, Golda Meir returns to her old school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she tells the students her life story. She recounts her early years in Russia, and how her family emigrated to America to avoid the persecution of Jews throughout Europe. As a young woman, Golda dreams of fighting for a country for all Jews of the world. She marries Morris Meyerson, and they eventually move to Palestine to work in a kibbutz, although they soon end up leaving, much to Golda's disappointment. They move to Jerusalem and have two children, but Golda's tremendous ambition soon drives her and Morris apart, although they remain married until his death in 1951.

In 2130 earth has attained a clean, safe and anaesthetised future. Dominick is a time traveller whose job is to observe transport systems on the 'flipside' - the era before the Time Barrier was broken. Dominick's 'Circuit' (the period in time and space he must observe) is London 1980, where he believes he may have an ancestor - his great-great-grandfather, also named Dominick Hide. A Secret Service agent (Maurice O'Connell) barely escapes from an English country house, in which satanic rituals are celebrated. Before he dies of his wounds, he reveals to his superiors that four prominent members of society – a government minister, a peer, a general and a famous scientist – are involved in the cult, led by Chin Yang (Barbara Yu Ling). Photos of the four dignitaries taken by the agent are developed, and a fifth photo, apparently showing an empty doorway, is assumed to be a mistake. In order to avoid any reprisals by the minister, secret service official Colonel Mathews (Richard Vernon) calls in Scotland Yard's Inspector Murray (Michael Coles) to work on the case independently. Murray (who had appeared in the preceding Dracula film) suggests consulting noted occult expert Professor Lorrimar Van Helsing (Peter Cushing).

One hundred years later, a new generation of Britons appear who move the tale along: in this case, a group of young hippies that includes Jessica Van Helsing (Stephanie Beacham), granddaughter of Lorrimer Van Helsing (Peter Cushing), an occult expert and descendant of Dracula's old nemesis, and Johnny Alucard (Christopher Neame), who closely resembles the disciple of Dracula seen in 1872. Alucard persuades Jessica and the others to attend a black magic ceremony in the now abandoned, deconsecrated St Bartolph's, where he performs a bloody ritual involving one of their group, Laura Bellows (Caroline Munro). Jessica and the others flee in horror, after which Dracula is resurrected and kills Laura.

Durant les vacances estivales, Jacki et Julian Dewar quittent New York pour s'installer dans un quartier cossu de Londres. Beau garçon, Julian est en fait déséquilibré et fragile psychologiquement. Il ressent un amour incestueux envers sa jumelle mais celle-ci, toujours accompagnée de son ours en peluche Agamemmon, refuse ses avances charnelles. Elle rencontre un maquereau, Clive, qui devient son amant au grand désarroi de son frère possessif. Criblé de dettes, Clive emmène Julian dans un bordel où il se fait violer par une bande de prostitués travestis. Pendant ce temps, Clive photographie le viol pour faire du chantage à Julian qui doit lui donner de l'argent en échange des photos compromettantes. Alertée par Denise, la petite amie de Clive, sur ses pratiques perverses, Jacki réconforte son frère et lui propose de tuer Clive. Lors d'un rituel, celui-ci est poignardé par les jumeaux psychopathes. Mais la peluche de Jacki est déchirée lors du meurtre et, affolée, la jumelle s'enfuit sans Julian.
