Faction feud in Rayalseema results in the death of Ramineedu's (V. Nagineedu) brother and he, along with his two sons Mallasuri (Supreeth Reddy) and Baireddy (Venugopal), vow for revenge. Time turns 28 years and comes to Hyderabad. Here lives Ramu (Sunil), an innocent and somewhat unlucky guy whose parents are no more and is ousted out of his job. His life takes a turn with a correspondence that he has got five acres of land in his hometown in Andhra Pradesh. He decides to sell that land and sets off to the village. In this process, he also meets Aparna (Saloni Aswani) who is the daughter of Ramineedu. However, much to Ramu's bad luck, he happens to be the son of the man who killed Ramineedu's brother and he ends up in their home itself. He takes advantage of a tradition of their house that not even one drop of blood should fall inside the house. Whether he comes alive out of their hands or not forms the rest of the story.

The story starts off with two Indian Air Force helicopter pilots (Squadron Leader Vikram Rathore and Flight Lieutenant Shezad Khan, played by Sanjay Dutt and Sunil Shetty respectively) discovering a mass pile of dead rebels and an Indian trooper appearing to be dead in the Kashmir valley. The film is essentially the story of a modern-day girl Roopa (Kamalini Mukherjee). She begins her day with classical music lessons for kids in her neighborhood followed by her day job in an ad-agency. She along with her close friend Anitha (Satya Krishna) work on weekends at a nursery. The story of the sequel takes place 6 years after the action of the first film. After his marriage with Ashwini, Varun decides to stay in India. He starts a Call Centre while Ashwini is contemplating starting her own clinic. Looking at Seema and Sanjeev's family, and after 6 years of marriage, Ashwini wants to have children, but Varun always avoids the topic saying that the two of them are good for each other, and he doesn't want anyone else in their lovely relationship. As Ashwini becomes increasingly desperate to have children, one of Varun's employees, the young and dashing Floor Manager named Menaka, tries to seduce Varun. Without crossing any lines, Varun stops Menaka and also confronts Ashwini. Ashwini doesn't believe Varun and divorces him, but then realizes her mistake. She apologizes and the couple reunites.
