Chetanya Adib (चेतन्य अदीब Cētanya Adība, born: 10 November 1971) is a famous Indian actor, voice-dubbing actor, model and singer who speaks English and Hindi. He is best known for playing the role as: Kunjan Pratap Singh in the Hindi soap-opera show, Saat Phere on Zee TV.

He has been acting in several Bollywood films and has also been performing voice-dubbing roles to characters in foreign language films, especially Hollywood films. He has later dubbed over famous celebrities for later Hindi-dub releases in India such as for: Keanu Reeves, Wesley Snipes, Sean Connery, Christopher Reeves, Val Kilmer, and Sylvester Stallone. He has done Hindi voice-dub roles of Hollywood films such as for: Batman, Superman, Spider-Man and he is very well known for dubbing Paul Walker in Fast & Furious series, James Franco as Harry Osborn in Spider-Man series, Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson.

The film starts with a narration about politics and gangs in Anantpur district, Andhra Pradesh. The opening scene of a murder in broad daylight, which the narrator calls "rakta politics", sets the tone of the movie. Narasimha Reddy, a local politician, is a powerful man in the area. His close associate Veera Bhadra (Rajendra Gupta) is his trustwothy ally for his political work, to the extent that Narasimha Reddy gives him freedom to contest Jilla Parishad polls with his men. Veera Bhadra champions the causes of the poor and oppressed and they look up to him like their leader.
