Christian Zübert (né le 27 août 1973 à Wurtzbourg) est un scénariste et réalisateur allemand.
En 2004, il met en scène Der Schatz der weißen Falken, un film d'aventures pour la jeunesse. Il reçoit autant de public que le premier et est récompensé par la critique.
Après plusieurs téléfilms, il revient au cinéma avec Trois quarts de lune, sorti en octobre 2011. La tragi-comédie fait 400 000 spectateurs et est nommé plusieurs fois au Deutscher Filmpreis. La même année, il reçoit deux fois le prix Adolf-Grimme comme scénariste de Neue Vahr Süd et comme réalisateur de Tatort: Nie wieder frei sein.
En 2013, il sort de nouveau une tragi-comédie au cinéma, Hin und weg, qui atteint 300 000 spectateurs.
Avec le drame germano-grec Ein Atem, présenté en 2015, Zübert est sélectionné pour la deuxième fois au Festival international du film de Toronto.

Biography
Zübert étudie à l'université de Wurtzbourg six semestres, en dilettante selon lui. Après ses études, il devient scénariste essentiellement pour la télévision. Le producteur et réalisateur Sönke Wortmann le persuade de réaliser le film Allô pizza après en avoir écrit le scénario. Il devient connu du grand public.En 2004, il met en scène Der Schatz der weißen Falken, un film d'aventures pour la jeunesse. Il reçoit autant de public que le premier et est récompensé par la critique.

Elena aime Kostas mais elle est résolue à quitter Athènes et sa précarité. Puisque son fiancé se refuse à la suivre, elle part s'installer seule à Francfort. Là, après avoir dû abandonner son travail de barmaid pour cause de grossesse, elle parvient, malgré son inexpérience, à se faire engager comme nounou par un couple bobo assez peu chaleureux. Alors que les médecins lui préconisent du repos, elle passe des journées stressantes à jongler entre la petite Lotte et les tâches ménagères, sans contenter pour autant Tessa, la mère de l'enfant. Un soir, celle-ci, visiblement à bout, lui hurle dessus. Le lendemain, elle s'excuse et les deux femmes se rapprochent. Mais peu après, Elena doit subir un examen d'urgence. Elle ne réussit pas à contacter Tessa et décide d'y aller en emmenant Lotte. Elle la laisse un instant dans sa poussette mais quand elle revient, la fillette a disparu.

Taxi driver Hartmut Mackowiak (Elmar Wepper) is a seasoned man who has grown fond of firm habits and attitudes as it is not unusual for a man of his age. He shows no other ambitions than to do his job properly and to speak his mind. Mackowiak is no family man because his wife Christa (Katja Rupé) abandoned him and now he lives alone. One day a Turkish business woman becomes his passenger when she visits her mother in Nuremberg. She has her six-year-old daughter Hayat (Mercan Türkoğlu) with her because the child is supposed to get to know her grandmother (Özay Fecht) who lives in Germany. Mackowiak makes an impression on Hayat who is soon after left in grandmother's care while Hayat's mother goes abroad. Unfortunately grandmother is no longer up to the task of caring for a little child. Hayat feels that she is on her own when her grandmother suffers a stroke. Wondering to whom she could turn, the grumpy taxi driver comes to her mind. Mackowiak is downright flabbergasted when he realises that she seems to consider his taxi her refuge and that she's thinking "Nazi" was his name because she overheard her mother calling him that. However, he then also realises little by little he is neither too old to make new friends nor unable to learn to look at his world from a hitherto unknown point of view. Thus he even finds a new approach to his wife.

Kai and Stefan are two friends who own a gourmet pizza delivery business as a front for selling cannabis. Stefan is finishing law school and preparing to take the Bar examination to become a lawyer under the behest of his father, who is a judge. They visit their outdoor cannabis growing operation only to discover that aphids are destroying their plants. They visit a head shop and meet Achim, who informs them that he knows how to get rid of aphids, handing them a tub full of Aphidoletes aphidimyza. However, unbeknownst to the protagonists, Achim is an undercover police officer.
